I think considering the price you pay for this place, you can't be too picky. I paid around 200 Baht per night for a private room in the centre of Bangkok. It is VERY basic, but considering what I just said, that wasn't a big issue.Also, I don't know what the other reviews were talking about with the rudeness. I stayed there 1 week and was only greeted with smiles by the family who worked there.Good place to stay if you don't mind staying in a rough location and are on a budget.

I honestly don’t know how the reviews are so “positive”.I'm pretty tough, I've been to hotels/hostels that aren't clean, but this one, frankly, was horrible.Impossible to sleep, in addition to the smell of urine, it's dark, the room is not clean, the bed horrible,Believe me, in photos it looks very clean but in real life you will regret it.I beg you, don't go thereUnable to sleep, I piled blankets on the ground and waited for the sun to rise before leaving.

Cheap , Lol check the bedsheet before you use the bed , otherwise you will get charge the price more than the room, Really Disappointed, And the staff lady , Really bad attitude and really bad , Don't recommended , If the manager or owner see this , TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW to deal with a guest ,This charge 300 THB which sleep only for 2 hour without any injuries or anything LOL

It was a room that went up the stairs to the 5th floor. The room only has a fan, a shelf, a bed, and a trash can. Showers and toilets were shared, and there were about 5 on the 5th floor. There was no hot water in the shower, but it was hot so it wasn't a problem. There were ants forming a line on the wall of the room. Wi-Fi was very weak probably because it was a corner room on the 5th floor. Check-out is possible until 12:00. There was a balcony on the 4th floor.It was convenient as it was close to Khao San Road.

I got a private room with a shared bathroom. The room was clean but the mattress was terrible! Soooo hard! I don't mean firm, I mean you might as well lay a sheet on a concrete floor! If you like sleeping on the floor, you might like this bed. Hard! Terrible sleep! 5th floor carrying two bags wasn't fun. It did have a good location to KhaoSan road.

First time stay in this guest house. Everything is just normal not too dirty nor too clean. But the location is great. It's challenging to find another place offering such reasonable rates in such a fantastic location.

Honestly, in terms of quality and price you are not in a dormitory for this price there is nothing to say, but unfortunately the room is really horrible in the high heat it is impossible to sleep, and the mattress was made of concrete (for my case), apart from the hosts are very welcoming and the showers are ok as well as the toilets, more than perfect location!
