It was a thin yoga bag that felt like the floor, but the bedding was clean and there were plenty of towels. Basic supplies were provided. It is well-equipped, so you need to bring your own shower towels. The refrigerator in the room is small, but there is a large refrigerator that can be shared in the lobby on the first floor.
