Got the price of 3.5 per month after tough negotiations, with all the facilities offered including room cleaning and changing bed sheets etc. 1 week a week free. In reality, no, tell me to do it all myself. Even when checking out, the deposit was deducted for my bed linen laundry of 70k, he said. I do my own laundry, he said, I'm afraid it won't be clean, I have to subscribe to him. Lots of insects. AC leaking. The cupboard door was damaged and dislodged. The bathroom roof was broken. He said he was waiting for a handyman, but he's been there for 2 months and there's been no movement. They say everyone can use the kitchen, but it turns out someone has a rice cooker. So I was really embarrassed when I found out. And if you want to buy it yourself, you are told to add 200k for an electric rice cooker.Actually the location is good, the rooms are also great, the wifi only had problems once, everything else was safe. But what I don't like is that there are too many beautiful facilities offered at the start so I immediately gas, even though in fact I only get 50% of it.

I stayed in this place for a month but in terms of quiet it is a very quiet place and in terms of the staff’s treatment it is very good. Aside from the quiet there are many small insects such as ants and my room is not cleaned regularly They tell you when you want to come in that they will come to clean the room weekly but they don’t come except when you call them and the kitchen is not cleaned at all. Utensils are left there in the middle of a lot of insects. I personally found that there are many insects This is my experience

Stayed here back in 2022. The place was okay, but they upped the price considerably on my arrival.Now, in 2024, I coincidentally stumble across the some place. Luckily, I checked the reviews, which jogged my memory.Do not book this place unless you are willing to financially reward scammers in Bali.There should be consequences for duch unethical and dishonest busines practices, so it's sad to see them still on here.I know they'll say its the fault of the booking app. If it was they would have it sorted by now.

Not qualified service, from a-z.Smelly towels from laundari, poor cleaning by deodorizing the room. The dead mouse lay decomposing in the kitchen cupboard until the residents themselves found it. The wifi router has been broken for two months, there is no internet in the room and the manager doesn’t care.A pack of dogs and the neighbor's Spitz start barking in unison from 6 am.

just saw the review on google after paying, I chatted with the owner and they said "We don't accept online bookings, contact my manager" hopefully Agoda can get the money back , even though at first I was happy
