1. It’s an AirBnB. Don’t get conned thinking otherwise2. You don’t liaise with the owners. A Manager for the property is your only contact.3. Area is large, but 7000sq ft large is debatable. A bit of a stretch and marketing spin. Aka, potentially false advertising4. It’s basically a home. That needs up-keeping. A lot of it. Daily5. Essentials like bath towels were not provided in the rooms6. Wifi was not working for the first 2 nights7. Potable drinking water was promised, but not provided for the first two nights8. You get a lot of visitors, frogs, insects of all sorts and crabs. Yes, crabs. We found a crab in the pool Villa. We removed it ourselves9. The towels provided, had stains on it10. The mattress in the master bedroom is in terrible condition. It should have been changed 10 years ago11. The mattress left me feeling itchy all over12. The mosquito netting provided around the 4-poster beds in all the rooms are: (1) filled with holes & (2) too short in length13. The aircon in the master bedroom is old and does not cool down the room. You’ll have a sweaty sleep. Not surprised the mattress is in such dismal state14. You’re across from the Four Seasons, makes you wish you’d booked that instead15. Things keep falling on the beds. You’ll find suspect black round bits on your bed. Don’t sleep with your mouth open…16. Musty smell in the entire Villa17. The sink bubbles, when the toilet is flushed (in the stand alone room)18. The operator offered us of IND Rupiah$1,000,000.00 to avoid any bad reviews19. Glasses and plates and mugs are filthy20. The Manager Kiki, has an excuse for everything. Usually preceded by, “it’s out of our control”

Amazing place! I loved staying here. The villa is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful. The only flaw we had problems for a day with the wifi. But I absolutely recommend it, if I go back to Bali I'll come back here for sure.

Amazing big clean villa !

Beautiful and huge villa, in my opinion it would be better to add curtains to make the rooms darker (it still has Venetian blinds). However, I give 5 stars because it deserves them all

This place has a feel of a presidential suite in a 5 star hotel. It reminds me of Bali back in the 90s.
