Quite cozy, nice view from the window to the garden and pool.There were suspicions that money was stolen from me in cash, but then I wrote it off to the fact that I mixed it up myself and spent it somewhere. But then I read the reviews about the theft and everything fell into place.Despite the fact that there is a noisy road nearby, the room was quiet. The air conditioner worked fine. There is a shared kitchen and water cooler. The staff is different - there are employees who are very polite and responsive, but at night there are some strange guys on duty who don’t speak English.Indonesians often stop by, and almost always they are very noisy, smoke a lot, put dirty things on the common table in the kitchen, and throw dirty things into the pool. The Internet is so-so. In the end, we moved out of there. If it weren't for thefts and noisy guests, we would have lived there longer.

Wonderful staff great area and the only place I stay in Bali that the perfect shower. Rooms are very tidy and the bed is extremely comfortable.

The staff comes into the room and steals everything from panties to cosmetics.They opened it with their own key, stole silver rings (some were left bent) and cosmetics. A friend’s lace had previously disappeared, we thought it would be found somewhere, but then everything became obvious. It’s good that there is a safe where cash and an iPad are kept.I filed a complaint with the owner and said that she would sort it out, but in fact no one knows anything, sorry.The next day, the staff informed me that I was living for the last month and could not renew, as the number was booked further. With such a story, I was not going to renew, but they asked me to move out.

Staying here March 20 - 25 2024.The staff is very friendly (Mas Erwin)Cleanliness of rooms and environmental areas is 100% clean.Provided with soap, shampoo and towels for 2 adults, refrigerator, AC, TV function well.The Nusa Dua environment is very quiet, the nights are not noisy, so you can sleep soundly.Access to Nusa Dua also has a toll road now, so getting to the city center of Denpasar feels very close. Thank you White Rock Lodge Nusa Dua!!!

We lived in this hotel for 2 months.The advantage is the location to the Nusa Dua spotThe price is adequateNice staffRoom cleaning once a weekThe most important plus is a fully equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator!Staff is always helpful, but problems with breakdowns take a long time to resolve.There are many disadvantages:Permanently green poolSlow Internet connectionTired rooms, sink constantly leaking, broken taps, smell from the sewer.A great option for your money!

The staff steals valuables and money in the rooms of this hotel. The hotel management is not going to deal with the theft. They are rude and threaten immigration problems. No apologies whatsoever. Would not recommend. Dangerous place.

I was robbed in this hotel while I was leaving for another country.And at night it got to the point that an employee got into my room through a closed door, opened it with his key and tried to steal!I woke up on time and found him in my room!I do not recommend this place to anyone!The staff didn't even apologize!This is the norm for them!!
