From staying in this dormitory, year 2, going into year 3, I feel like The room rate is expensive, the amenities in the room are only air conditioning. Water heater, bed, cabinet, that's it, it's not worth the price of 6000. The electricity bill is very expensive. In some months, the air conditioner is turned on very little, only the fan is turned on, but the electricity bill goes up to 800-900. I'm very confused. I don't know if it's cheating on the electricity bill or not. The housekeeper was nervous, talking loudly all day and not doing anything. I endured staying here because my home wanted me to stay because it was convenient for traveling to study.

The rent for the room is very expensive. The room is really terrible and not worth the price of the room at all. Head Housekeeper Ween is the best. Haha.

On the website it says the price is 4,000, but it's actually 6,000. Why haven't they updated the actual price? I spent a lot of time traveling.

The service is very poor. The dormitory price is not cheap but the person in charge talks like the owner of the dormitory. There is no central cleaning area in the corridors. Very bad, recommend going to stay somewhere else.

The dormitory is very expensive. Electricity + water bills are too expensive. Only the fan is open. The atmosphere is uncomfortable, not worth living in. The housekeeper doesn't speak well. 😡

Room rates are exorbitantly expensive. The room is not worth the price. Everything is expensive and the housekeeper is bipolar and cannot speak well. If possible, it is recommended to move to the Charan side. There are a lot of cheap and good dormitories. The air conditioner is barely turned on, the electricity bill is 700, I don't recommend coming here. Another thing is the noise issue. Near the dormitory there are houses where people open Mor Lam loudly and disturb sleep. Anyone who comes to read this should think carefully before coming here.

Everything sucks, not worth the expensive room rate. The only good thing is the location is good.- The laundry tub has only algae. Never cleaned, washed clothes, lots of moss stuck to clothes.- The laundry drum has messed up many times and has finished drying. Let the water come in again, wait 2 hours and the washing isn't finished. The lid must be opened for the machine to stop working. Then take a cloth and wring out the water yourself.- Wi-Fi is very slow, often breaks, and the account can only be connected to 1 device.- There is not enough parking for people staying. Because it is open for outsiders to rent and park.- The elevator on the 1st floor is parked and is high above the walkway. Causes a feeling of fear of the lift being stuck.- Wall hanging fan Broken and broken There is no replacement or repair provided.- What's broken in the room? You must contact the technician yourself. The housekeeper didn't contact me, but said the technician was busy and didn't come to do it. The technician is sometimes far away. Even though I called, the technician lives in a nearby building, less than 10 minutes' walk away.- Someone came to smoke on the balcony. A stench came into the room.- The surrounding area of the accommodation is full of drunkards, low-end people, who drink alcohol and like to play loud music. No matter how late it is, it's open and it's very noisy.- The air conditioner remote was broken before moving in. I won't change it for you. You have to buy it and use it yourself.
