Everything is terrible apart from the location, rooms with not even the bare minimum, room not clean with hair on the floor everywhere, only a mattress cover, there were not even sheets on the bed, very hard bed and pillows, there are no shutters and the curtains are normal, so we had to cover the window with a blanket but a lot of light still came in. The owner canceled my reservation without even notifying me, once we arrived she made us wait two hours to enter the room (I had specifically booked from the previous night because I wanted to sleep as soon as I arrived in the morning without having to wait for check in in the afternoon, and despite having communicated this several times, we had to discuss it for two hours because, not seeing us arriving the night before, she had canceled the entire reservation. One of the worst stays ever, in Bangkok with a few more baths it is much, much better.

Highly Recommended!Clean, small, air-conditioned rooms for a very good price. Very nice and helpful staff. You can reach many of Bangkok's attractions in just a few minutes.

The room has Wi-Fi, an air conditioner, and a fan, and the bed is king size!The stairs are steep and there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility. Hold the handrail properly and go up the stairs.The room was a little dirty, but after cleaning it, it became much more comfortable. Alcohol-containing wet wipes are not sold in Thailand, so it's a good idea to bring extra. As for the sponge, 7-Eleven is about a 2-minute walk from the entrance to the left, so get it there. I think the overall product prices at 7-Eleven feel cheap, similar to Lumiere in Japan!The owner's lady is kind 😄The entrance is a card key.I thought the location was good for sightseeing as it was close to Khao San Road and Wat Phra Kaew.This hotel is for people who want to stay cheap!

The hotel has cozy and clean rooms and is in a well connected, yet calm area of the city. The owner is a very nice lady, to whose hotel we returned several times during our time in Thailand. If you are on a budget we can really recommend santo house! Also the street food in the area is great and cheap.

Ok the woman who manages the hostel is really cute. She let me pay also one day later, always kind and gentle but the last day we took part to an excursion organized by her family right close to the hostel so i guess she knew that we were out until 3 pm but the check out was at 12:00, so when i came back we found our staff out of the door like a mess and i received a message on booking with the communication like around 5 pm. Unexpected acting by her/family. Really weird but we have been in a good position right close to Khosan Road.

The place is like on the photos- quite old and basic, but in this localisation (you can reach most of must-see) by foot it is very nice place for someone who isnt looking for something fancy.

You get what you pay for. The location is central and the owners are very friendly. However, the establishment is not clean, especially the bathrooms. With so many guests, they must be cleaned more than once a day. The beds in the room with two double beds were very hard, thin and uncomfortable. We did not eat the food so I have nothing to say about it but there are good nearby options and it's a stones throw from Khao San Road. I do not recommend staying for more than one night.

A unique hostel in the very center of the city. Great location: all the must-see points of the city within 20 minutes' walking distance. or max. 5-10 minutes by tuk-tuk. The hostel itself is very clean, although the quality of the materials used for finishing is typical Bagkok'cka... terrible. Everything is falling apart but still holding together.Breakfasts are served, a strange mix of European and Asian cuisine. You can eat in peace. Unlimited coffee and tea available 24/7.And the highlight of the show is the owner named Bi. Very nice, helpful, will advise you, show you what, where and how... such a guide is included in the price. Sometimes it freezes and does not respond. Sometimes he promises something and forgets. And sometimes you just can't understand him at all... but I still give him 5*!Attention! The room for 4 people has windows overlooking the street that never sleeps!I recommend this place as it perfectly reflects the spirit of Bangkok.
