We lived at Villa Alina for 5 months.Location.Pretty good if you're on a bike. You can't get anywhere on foot. There is a good local store on the road towards Nusadua, you can buy something urgent. But it’s not a big deal to go for meat and other things; they don’t exist in this store.It's very quiet, which was a plus for us.Villa.Three bedrooms, we lived together and 2 bedrooms were closed. Very nice living area and large TV. But there are large gaps in the doors, mosquitoes fly through them and cold air vents out. Therefore, we couldn’t do without a condo.Open plan kitchen. At night, all living creatures crawl there accordingly. There are also several very large and loud geeks living in the villa. We bought kitchen utensils ourselves.The bedroom has a comfortable mattress. There is enough space in the closet for things. We bought the hangers ourselves.The master bathroom is also open plan. Accordingly, a sea of ​​living creatures. If you are afraid of it, it is better not to wash in it. Another disadvantage is that the sun shines directly into the area of ​​the sink and mirror in the early morning hours. You can't store the cream there.There is no garage, the bike is parked on the street.The pool is good. For Bali it’s even beautiful, with a view, and not within the walls. Unfortunately, you can't watch sunsets from here. All Alina's villas face towards dawn.Territory.Due to the pandemic, there was no cafe on site. But there were always security guards who very kindly helped resolve all issues. There were a lot of them in 5 months.There are cameras everywhere, which I think is a plus.Staff.We were lucky to have manager Jay. He always helped with all problems. Special thanks to him. You write to the main staff number, the question hangs. You write to him - everything is clear.In December 2021, they were forced to leave the villa after 5 months of residence. The rainy season began and water flowed down the walls. We tried to solve the problem with an easy repair, but it didn’t work out. It turned out that the problem was in three Alina-type villas and they were closed for repairs. We decided to look at the bavika, which was available and in working order. Its advantage is that the kitchen is closed and there is a garage. And the downside is that there were also visible swellings on the wall on the stairs from water leaks. So we left this complex with regret.By the way, construction continues on the territory. Be careful and don’t buy houses next to a construction site, it’s quite noisy. We lived across the house from the one under construction and sometimes this caused inconvenience.

Kitchen - and cockroaches are the pain of this villa.There is one small frying pan for the entire villa (3 rooms), and that’s it. Is this "everything you need to prepare a meal" as stated on the website? There were no knives at all, I had to ask for them, they brought only one large and rusty one. There is no trash can in the kitchen, I also had to ask. I also had to ask for a saucepan. There are no towels in the kitchen and other small things.Cockroaches. There are many of them and they are huge, in the photo there is an American flying cockroach, but there are others, small, red ones) Again, if you ask, they will come and spray the corners of the house, but this does not help. It is better not to go into the kitchen at night.For 2 weeks we never saw anyone come to clean the pool. But if you ask, they will probably come. In general, you need to “beg” for everything, except for cleaning.On the plus side. They clean on time and well. The house is clean and in good condition!
