The hotel itself has nice, spacious rooms and the pool was good as well. The staff was also polite and kind. The problem with this hotel was they are next to a lot that burns trash at night. The toxic smell was so horrible (inside our room!) that it woke my husband and I up in the in the middle of the night on more than one occasion. It was so bad that we moved hotels after 3 nights we couldn’t take the smell any longer. If it weren’t for the unhealthy burning of trash right next door, I would rate this property higher, but I can’t recommend anyone stay there dealing with the health hazard and just plain disgusting smell that the hotel cannot do anything about. (And yes we did bring it to staff attention more than once)

Sorry in advance, I'm just being honest.Starting with the check-in time at 4 o'clock because this apartment is said to take longer to clean. Okay.We were able to enter the room at 6 pm.But what was really unpleasant, the room was very dusty, my husband had to wear a mask until he went to sleep because there was a wall hanging full of dust on the mattress. My children always sneeze. Please, regarding the cleaning time, what they say takes longer is actually what is being cleaned...And even though this is an apartment, please provide complete toiletries, don't have to wait for a request first.

We stayed here for three nights, out of which for two nights the air reeked of a burning smell, including indoors. On one of the nights, the air was visibly hazy. It was definitely at an unhealthy level for all guests. We were told that there was nothing the hotel operator could do because a facility nearby has been burning thrash.The hotel staff was not able to render much support. As the hotel operator is Renaissance and not Marriott, they insisted that if we needed any further assistance we will need to contact Marriott Vacation Club (MVC) directly, but MVC's team onsite the hotel only works office hours. Eventually, we did not manage to get any assistance.We lodged a feedback to MVC the next day about our experience but did not get proper response from them. Shocking service quality by Marriott.
