The price is not commensurate with the facilities.I paid extra 400 thousand for an extra bed for 2 people but was only given a single mattress.But the worst thing in my opinion is the pool, you can see it in my video, the moss is everywhere, the pool water is cloudy. After complaining, I just vacuumed it but of course it didn't have a big effect because the moss stuck to the pool rocks.The employees were lazy, from midnight until the next afternoon I saw that there was still rubbish in the middle of the pool which had not been cleaned even though there were 4 girls just sitting around and eating.The location has no crowds around.

We came to the place quite late at night, but the receptionist was patiently waiting for us even though it was cold and raining.The room was unique. I feel like I was staying on a boat during my sailing trip in the Komodo Islands.What we loved the most was the projector! It felt like we were having our mini cinema.We didn't get the chance to try the lagoon because it was raining all day long and all the leaves were filling the lagoon. The frogs probably were the happiest bunch!

Bali Lagoon Bungalows is in a perfect location ( Benoa & Nusa dua ) very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants.The property is unique , so clean and has everything you need. The manager( Deaaa ) was also very helpful since the beginning, they are available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it 🏝️

I had an amazing experience at this place and would wholeheartedly recommend it! The manager and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; we even formed great friendships during our stay. Whenever we needed assistance, they were incredibly helpful.The hotel's unique design sets it apart. Every detail speaks of their commitment to providing the best for their guests, from the provided speaker for music to the high-quality shampoo and body gel. The delicious coffee and welcoming candies were a nice touch. I particularly loved the lagoon design right outside the house, offering a convenient spot for a refreshing swim anytime.If there's one area for improvement, it would be addressing the midday heat inside the house. Perhaps better air conditioning or more sun protection would help. Thankfully, the staff was quick to respond, providing us with an extra fan and allowing us to switch to a more shaded house. Their attentiveness truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Clean, simple and charming. Large room with huge shower room and private balcony. Located in a small, authentic street off the main strip. Surrounds are a bit scruffy and some noise at night, the dogs baring being a nuisance. Lovely staff. Within close range of all the necessary restaurants and facilities Nua Dusahas to offer. Good wifi. Barber and super cheap laundry a few metres away. We also used one of the 5 star beach side hotels just a few minutes walk away for day comfort and quiet as the general background noise of the main strip could be intrusive.

New space, great location, perfect service! It's a hidden gem in not-that busy area, with everything nearby. The rooms are just perfect, 24h swimming pool you can actually swim in, great internet, facilities (fridge, kettle, coffee machine...) I could go on and on. Truly a magnificent stay! Oh and as it's a new place with not many reviews in - expect that the actual place is nicer than the pictures - it really exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely awesome place, a hidden newly opened jem in Nusa Dua!! The Bungalows are so lovely with amazing design and attention to the very last detail! My admiration and gratefulness to the founders, designers and all team members! Highly recommended for a family stay too. You have to see it yourself.

Lovely little Laggon with amazing bungalows. Calm and relaxing place to stay. The Staff, especially Dea are very friendly and competent. They are happy to organize everything (scooter/laundry/transport). I felt very comfortable at this place and can highly recommend it.
