I always use it when I go to Bali.I used it again with my family. I had heard that there was a limit on the number of guests, but they listened to all of our wishes and the staff were kind enough to accommodate us.I will be using this again.

I would like to report that I had a very bad experience with my friend who used the service with me.I think it varies depending on the therapist, but 2 out of 3 had this kind of experience.The price was about 17,000 yen for 3 hours, which is relatively high for Bali, but since the owner is Japanese and the restaurant was highly rated, I made a reservation and used it.I think it would be better to review various aspects such as equipment, maintenance, service, and staff training.・The therapist's nails were long and they dug in during the treatment, causing pain. Even with oil massage, there was always a pain that felt like my nails were getting stuck. Also, the multiple treatments that involved picking at the flesh on my arm were extremely painful. I think you should cut your nails.・I think he thought he was giving me a scalp massage, but he just pulled my hair so hard that it hurt, so I asked him to stop.・I took a herbal bath on the terrace, but there were more dead small insects floating in the bath than herbs, and it was disgusting.・I looked for a net, but I couldn't find one, so I tried to scoop up the carcasses with my hands and take them out, but there were so many that I couldn't get through, so I gave up and got out halfway.・There was no hot water in the shower, but since I was taking a bath with bugs, I had no choice but to wash my body with cold water and wait for a while until the therapist came back, which was cold.・The water outlet in the shower head was clogged, and the water came out with such force that it was painful.・I asked him to stop giving me a head massage as it was like pulling my hair and it was painful. Also, since my nails are growing, basically all treatments were painful.The fact that there are so many dead insects floating in the bathtub suggests that it hasn't been cleaned for quite some time. I think it would be better to just clean it normally.I also think that the treatments should be improved.
