The complex of villas is located directly on a street in Jimbaran. You can hardly hear the street itself because it is well shielded from the complex. The villas are really idyllic, with a spacious pool, everything lovingly arranged and maintained. The accommodation was very spacious, stylish in terms of furnishings, external bathroom and toilet.Breakfast was brought to our room, the staff, especially Budi, was super polite, helpful and spoke really good English.We were only here for two days, it could have been longer. It is only a few meters to the beach…

One of the best places we have ever stayed. , it means arriving and offering you tea or something to drink.Next to one of the busiest streets but you walk in there and you think you're in paradise. All attention to detail and wonderful employees, I had read comments about BUDIX but I did not imagine that I could meet such a wonderful person. I do not remember the names of the others but since the man who maintained the gardens, who cut me branches from the Bali tree to try to repopulate my house, just as everyone was lovely. The breakfast in the room every day was wonderful, freshly prepared products and with a love that was noticeable.Everything was wonderful and I wish I could go back because I would definitely stay there againThank you for making our stay wonderful

We really loved our stay here! It was our last stop here in Bali as it is very close to the airport which is very convenient. The villas are super clean with everything you need. The service is excellent, everyone is so friendly. The breakfast was delicious and served in the villa every morning! The pool is calm and relaxing. Highly recommend!!

It's hard to find words for this accommodation. We were overwhelmed. The location is on a busy street with food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets etc., all within quick walking distance. However, the complex itself is a green oasis of peace. The villas are spacious and beautiful, everything is very clean. The staff is outstanding and the breakfast (served on the private terrace) is a culinary highlight. The beach with a beautiful sunset (apparently also a popular wedding and wedding photo location) is only a few 100m away. We hope we have the opportunity to come back to the JEstates at some point.

Very nice villa number 5 complex with an excellent pool with crystal clear water. Very well maintained and is checked and cleaned every day. The service is great and all the employees are very, very friendly. The breakfast is extremely good and is served very lovingly on the private terrace. We can only say top and will book it again next time.

Perfect getaway, great service from Budi, Amon, Detu and all the staff at JEstate. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.We stayed 6 nights and tried the rooms and villas. Rooms are in this little oasis, and we practically had the pool to ourselves.For the villa, we were very kindly upgraded to the 2 bedroom villa, with a huge private pool which we thoroughly enjoyed.Thanks again for making the stay here so wonderful and we hope to come back soon!

Absolutely lovely experience. We arrived earlier than usual check in time but they were accommodating and let us check in earlier, much to our relief as very hot and bothered! Budi was our concierge and was wonderful throughout our stay. The room and facilities including pool were divine. Thank you JEstate Bali.

We spent seven nights in a small villa! Great villa! 😊 Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, new furniture, fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly 😍 There were no complaints about the cleaning. Breakfast is a separate art form 💜And we were lucky enough to spend one night in a large villa with its own pool! It's just a paradise on earth 🫶I highly recommend you to everyone ❤️🔥

Our host/ manager COULD NOT DO ENOUGH for us, we were unsure of this place after spending time in another villa up north however this tured out to be better that the W and other resorts we stayed, we had a villa with private pool but on reflection we only needed a standard villa and moving us was no problem, we had breakfast served every morning to order and some 😁this was probably the best place here and I’m righting this the night before we leave 😩I ❤️this place so thanks to all the staff, you did an amazing job xx

My boyfriend booked this place for us and I absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was SO good.We had a few problems with our room with no hot water but BUDI who works here, was so amazing and helped get that fixed right away within the hour. Because we were staying for 2 weeks, they upgraded our room the last few days because of the hot water issue and it was very kind of them to do that.Budi was so incredibly helpful and I cannot say enough good things about him and this villa! It was a dream to stay here for our first trip to Bali and we will for sure be coming back!All of the staff is very kind and helpful and especially Budi! They made our trip here so delightful!I cannot recommend this place enough for people to stay :)

The hotel is surrounded by greens and feels very secluded, peaceful and calming. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a free room upgrade and late checkout for free as well. 100% would recommend.
