Love everything about this place. The attention to detail is amazing - so many convenient amenities and the best service I experienced my whole time in Japan. The staff creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The location is excellent. I loved being able to rent a bike. And the bed was comfortable and the TV was huge.

The whole room smelled of rust, and the air conditioner was full of rust.The futon and pillow smell like feet.Please clean it properly.Not recommended.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (especially the young lady with glasses at the reception, very sweet and always doing her best to help with anything you need). Rooms are spacious, good view, very quiet inside and outside the hotel. Great Location very close to the see wall walk way, about 30mins on foot from the American Village. Rental bikes are available for an affordable price and if you're missing any appliances in the room they have a lot to offer like an extra table, chair, iron, etc.it is my second time staying at this hotel, both times I staying for 3 weeks and I would definitely book it again!

We spent four nights at the Hotel Sunset Terrace and were impressed by the extensive facilities in the rooms. From a refrigerator with a freezer compartment to a kettle, a massage chair, a huge flat screen TV, a washing machine with a dryer, a bathtub and even your own sauna were available!Another highlight was the free coffee and drinks in the lobby.The entrance area of the hotel and the corridors were stylish and modern. Unfortunately, the design of the rooms could not continue this stylish line. Despite the fantastic facilities, they lacked charm and a welcoming atmosphere.Another point that needs improvement is communication: the staff at the reception unfortunately only spoke limited English, which made communication difficult.Overall, the hotel offers an impressive range of amenities and comfort.

Take a taxi to Naha Airport~~^^Terrace for resting for scuba diving!!It's close to the shop and close to the sea, which is nice.It’s quiet~~^^ so it’s a better place!! I made a reservation for a return visit in August~~

The size of the room and bathroom is perfect! is. I also appreciate the TV installation where I can use online TV channels.However, I think that if you have a chair that is comfortable to sit on, you can enjoy the way you spend your time in your room. Also, there was a cleaning robot installed, but I turned it on when I went out and when I returned, it was gone. When I searched everywhere, I found that it was stuck under the bed and had collapsed. It took a long time to search, and I didn't feel like searching every time, so I didn't turn it on after that.
