It’s so dreamy. Even though I didn’t live there, I made a special trip to the hall to make a pilgrimage.

I chose this because my daughter loves Sanrio, and the location and rooms were both great. It was a suite type for 4 people, but there were 2 sinks, and of course the bathroom was separate.

The room photos on the booking website are for reference only. I wanted to confirm whether the actual room booked matched the photos on the booking website (because my child had a specific room type he wanted). I sent an email to the hotel but no reply was received. I contacted the hotel through the message system of the booking website before replying, but The hotel only confirmed the room type and theme, and did not reply at all to see if the room photos matched. The response was slow and the communication process was frustrating. There was only one person at the counter when checking in, and the operation was extremely slow. Several times during the process, the hotel had to serve other guests who came to the counter to inquire. We were kept waiting and it took a long time to get the room card, which felt very bad. Pros: The location is close to the tram station, the room is clean, and there is a convenience store downstairs.

The hotel and rooms are pretty dated and very small. With the white corners land linoleum floors looking brown, dingy, and dirty. …

People who like the various characters of Sanrio will really like it. The room size is moderate, there is free coffee, and there is Okinawa tea in the morning and evening. Breakfast is fixed, but the hamburger steak and rice are delicious. If you like things that change every day , we need to consider this.
