I stayed here with my child.I was scared because there were a lot of complaints about insects in the reviews, but I managed to get through it by using sprays and the like. There are a lot of small ants, and there are gaps in the door where they go in and out, so they inevitably get in.There was a time when a newt was in the room and I woke up to the sound of it chirping at night. (I didn't care because it was cute)Most of the staff were foreigners, but they could speak Japanese and had nice smiles. Everyone was great! The only thing that made me think I probably wouldn't stay there again was that the lights in the main room were too dim at night, which was too inconvenient. . (The washroom etc. are conveniently closed automatically)Also, as other people have written, the sofa was small and it was a little difficult to relax. You are not allowed to sit on the ground, but there is quite a bit of dust, so I didn't really want to sit down there.(I think it depends on the grade of the room)The pool was nice, but I couldn't see much of the ocean from the room itself, which was a shame.Breakfast didn't have a lot of items (there was a lot of bread), so I got tired of it after a few days.I got the impression that he didn't put much effort into eating.

My family of 5 stayed here for a 3-day weekend in October. I have stayed at domestic hotels such as Hoshino Resorts and Hilton, but this was the most satisfying stay I have ever had.First, the room.We stayed in a triple villa room, and it was spacious enough for 5 people (including 2 infants).Even if you have a lot of bulky items such as floats and life jackets, there is a walk-in closet, so you don't have to worry about it. There is also more than enough space outside by the pool. Each villa has a fence around the pool, so you can rest assured that your privacy is protected. When I stayed there in October, I wasn't really bothered by the insects that everyone mentioned.I had the opportunity to eat at a Western restaurant (Beach House) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and everything was delicious! ! The buffet doesn't have a lot of variety, but each one is very delicious. We have small children and it's difficult to move around, so we rented a cart, and the kids seemed to have fun using this cart as well. Also, when I told them over the phone that I would prefer a room near the beach house because I would like to move around, use the coin laundry, and have lots of fun on the hotel's beach, they said, ``I don't know if we can do what you want, but we can accept your request.'' I could have said it better, but this is the nuance), and I was very happy that I was given a room close to the beach house. There is a beach when you go down the side of the restaurant, and it is so beautiful! !There is a rocky area in the shallows, but there are a lot of fish in there, and my son was fascinated by it.The sand is also very fine, so it doesn't hurt at all even with bare feet. October was the perfect time to go as the sand wasn't too hot.The staff greeted us in a friendly manner whenever we passed them, and we had a great time with our family. There were a variety of people, including families, girls traveling, seniors traveling, and two generations traveling, but overall it was very calm.I would like to go again.Thank you for the wonderful stay.

[Guest room]I stayed at Shuri House. The room was small and reasonably spacious.Due to the large area of the hotel grounds, the main mode of transportation is by bus or cart. I was grateful that I was able to have it shipped to my desired location as soon as I contacted them.Unfortunately, the quality of the amenities in the room is low. The amenities don't feel luxurious considering it's a resort hotel. If you are particular about it, we recommend bringing your own.The location and number of electrical outlets were a little lacking, and there was only one outlet on one side of the twin bed, so it was a little inconvenient to set an alarm on a smartphone.【service】There was enough replenishment of towels and mineral water, which I was grateful for.The hotel's stance is not to get involved in the activities, as they are affiliated with an outside vendor. In fact, I was disappointed that I was unable to book the activity that I should have booked due to an error on my part.Since external vendors are not hotels, their services and responses may vary. There are some places where you may be treated in an unpleasant way, so if you don't like it, I thought it would be a good idea to look for a place outside of the hotel affiliation. For dinner, we ordered BBQ.The best time to visit here is until dusk. When the sun went down, I couldn't tell if the meat was cooked or not, so I had to use the light on my smartphone to help me eat.It was pitch black, I couldn't see the color, and I couldn't get any appetite aside from the taste.By the way, the Western food buffet in the morning had a good selection and I enjoyed it.【place】It is located on the edge of Kurima Island. If you make a reservation at least one day in advance, you can request a free shuttle, but if you make a reservation late, you will have to pay for a taxi.(It is within 3000 yen from Miyako Airport)Partner activities require a local meeting, and it may take more than 30 minutes by car to get there. Therefore, a rental car is essential. It is important to note that the maintenance of rental cars varies depending on the company. There are several routes from Miyako Airport to the hotel, but the route that goes through the sugar cane fields has no street lights and is pitch black at night. There will be roads that intersect, so be careful when driving. Use high beams often. The beauty of the location is exceptional as it is located at the far end of the island.Due to the inconvenience of access, it is an inconvenient location to use as a base for activities. I thought that if you want to play hard, this is the place.I think this is a hotel where you can relax, relax, enjoy driving, and enjoy local island life. Not recommended for those who want something gorgeous.

I've been staying here every year for the past few years.〇Good points・The villa pool is large and beautiful. (It's 1.2m deep and fairly wide, so you can take a light swim.)・The staff is very responsive to both Japanese and Western food. (They take care of various things, such as dealing with allergies. There are many positive comments.)✖Where you feel pain・It can't be helped outside, but there are quite a lot of insects indoors as well. The insects I encountered inside the villa were cockroaches, ants, spiders, snails, and many other winged insects, not insects but geckos. Maybe there's a gap in the front door, but there are so many bugs inside that there's no point in letting them out (after dark, it feels like we're staying in a house with cockroaches and geckos). I'm not so bad at it that I scream (it's painful, though), and my companion doesn't mind insects, so he takes them outside and exterminates them, so I can barely stay the night. Also, there are flies that are common in Western restaurants every day, and they land on the food.→If you can't avoid insects at all, I think it would be a good idea to stay in the hotel building and use the Japanese restaurant.・This was my first time using the spa, and the staff at the spa said something unpleasant about my name, which made me feel the worst. He was acting like he was blatantly disrespecting me, so I wondered if he wouldn't have said such a rude thing if he was with his companion. I was hoping that the treatment would at least be good, but I was disappointed that it was so sloppy that I felt that she was probably not a professional. I never want to use a spa again.I have stayed many times before because I liked the pool in the room and the restaurant staff, even though it was painful because of the insects, but this time I used the facility by myself and I felt sad because of the poor customer service. I wanted to consider traveling somewhere else.

I have been to Miyakojima several times and usually stay at several hotels, mainly Shigira Mirage. This was my first time using Seawood.First of all, as I drove from the resort entrance to the entrance, I was impressed by the most amazing view.I have stayed at many hotels around the world, but this is the first time I have stayed at a hotel with such a spectacular view. That alone was enough to make me glad I came. The room was very clean, but there were a lot of insects, so people who don't like insects might not like it.As soon as I entered the room, there was a reed spider, and the whole family froze in the corner. (lol)When I called the front desk, a male Indonesian staff member came and took it by hand wearing vinyl gloves. My younger son (two brothers) was watching this and got really excited! !He was as excited as if he had seen a hero and said he wanted to touch the reed spider.By the way, both my children and I hate insects.Especially me (the father) and my daughter hate insects! !Then, I confirmed that the reed spider was again at the entrance. Then, my son said he wanted to touch the same spider that the Indonesian brother had seen when he came, and he was touching the reed spider with his bare hands. (Too amazing)My son has become extremely strong. It was a good experience.Of course, this is after knowing that it is not a poisonous spider. The customer service was very good, including the older brother, the restaurant, and the front desk. The children took photos with the older brother and the restaurant staff.I went to the beach at night to look at the stars, and I was so moved by the most amazing starry sky I've ever seen.Until now, the starry sky on Ishigaki Island was the best, but it was even better.I ate breakfast and dinner buffets and Japanese food at the restaurant, but there weren't that many items, and I didn't think Japanese food was suitable for drinking while drinking, but it wasn't bad. You'll be disappointed if you expect too much, but the quality is generally adequate. There were a lot of famous people in the audience, but no one seemed to be angry, and there was a calm atmosphere from beginning to end.I also wanted to stay there sometime this year, so I made a reservation right away.My current favorites are Shigira and Seawood. The best location and the best customer service make the wonderful tropical nature even more exciting.

I am planning to stay here,When I called to confirm dinner,The male staff who answered the phone was very unfriendly. When I asked a question, they responded as if it was normal to see what was written on the homepage. When he finally hung up, he immediately hung up on me,Even though I was looking forward to it, I felt very sad even before I stayed there.

I stayed here with my wife and two elementary school children.I was excited to finally be able to go to Miyakojima, which I couldn't go to two years ago due to the coronavirus, so I stayed at this Royal Pool Villa House. The children were very excited about the 12.5m pool. The luxury of going out, sweating, getting into the pool, and lazing around on a bed by the pool while drinking Orion beer. There were two bedrooms, a bathroom, two walk-in closets, and a living room, so we had a dream-like time. The staff was very attentive, and the facilities, service, and scenery were all excellent.I would like to come back and stay overnight again someday. As a side note, at night, insects are attracted to the light, and together with them, many geckos stick to the windows and walls of the room and move around. Children who like insects and animals were fine, but if you don't like such things, the pool at night might be a little tough lol
