Even though there were 4 people staying there, there were only enough bath towels for 2 people.We couldn't connect to the phone or email, and there was an announcement that there was no signal. In the first place, there was no reception, no one was there, and there was no phone number listed, so I searched the internet and tried to contact them from every angle.As a result, when staying with 2 adults and 2 children, all amenities and bath towels for 2 people did not seem to count for the children.Please write down such important matters in an easy-to-understand manner.Also, the bed in the shower in the bathroom was small and the water pressure was weak, by far the lowest of any accommodation I've ever stayed at.Most of the bathrooms are visible except for the short noren curtain that extends to the adult's thighs in the changing room.This would probably be unpleasant for family members and younger children, and it would be awkward for friends as well.Regarding the billed amount, the bill from booking.com says there are 3 people instead of 2. What does that mean?Did you get one extra serving? I felt like I paid more than when I made the reservation. Consumption tax? Or is it one for two children? I couldn't find the time to investigate in detail until today. If you are looking at the price per person rather than the price per room, there is no room for error.However, the person in charge didn't seem to know about the unit price and asked me to contact booking.com.In the end, I don't think I'll get a reply from either of them right away, so I'll probably have to continue my trip with some anxiety.I'll post any progress as I go.The next day, the billed price was for 3 people and I was given a refund for 1 person.

Personally, I recommend it with confidence!*Used as a twin room for 2 nights in April 2020.*Everything from check-in to check-out will be completed without face-to-face contact.If you enter your address etc. in advance, all you have to do is check in on the day.I get the impression that people who aren't familiar with cell phones might have a bit of trouble, but I don't think there are any particularly difficult operations.The room is surprisingly spacious and clean, and has a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator, so I think you can buy ingredients at the supermarket and have a drink in your room!*Parking lots are quite narrow in some places, so careful driving is required.

Check-in was easy via email and tablet! It was a very quiet place, even at night. It was comfortable and I didn't have to worry about the noise from the neighbors! The room was clean, and the amenities were minimal, so there was no inconvenience. It was very convenient as there were many supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants!It would be nice to have just one cleaning tool! I would like to use it again.

Garbage left in the washing machineKeep the lid closedIt's full of mold and disgusting (it's common sense to leave the washing machine open)Dust accumulates in the corner of the roomMaybe a guy who didn't notice did the cleaning.Ventilation fan full of oilIt can't be said that it's been thoroughly cleaned; it looks clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it's dirty. It also smells strange.It's a shame because the room is large.

Stayed for a week for sightseeing. On the first day, from 10pm until the early hours of the morning, the person next door started a party, and I realized how thin the walls were. I had plans to go sightseeing early the next morning, so I wanted to sleep but it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. Even though I wanted to warn them, I had children with me, so I didn't want to get into any trouble, so I ended up waking up in the morning unable to sleep, but the rest of my family wasted a day due to lack of sleep.When I reached my limit at 3 a.m., I tried to call the hotel, but they couldn't get through... I thought the hotel would be perfect if it had measures in place to deal with people who don't have good manners. In the end, I had to put up with the noise from next door for two days. After that, the neighbors disappeared and I had a very comfortable time (^^)

I think it's a good base for sightseeing in the south.Personally, it was the best location as it was close to my destination.The people at check-in were difficult to understand and I had a hard time.
