Accommodation period: April 2024Reservation grade: double room typeAssigned room: 7F*Since I spend about 150 nights a year both in Japan and overseas, this is mostly a memo for myself. The main things to focus on are bathing, gym, and laundry. I don't really care about cleanliness.■OverviewPersonally, it's a great hotel: it has a washing machine, a bathroom with a washing area (not a unit), it's spacious, and the location is good. And it's cheap. Nothing to say. If you mainly drink around Sakaemachi, this will be your choice in the future.■LocationAbout 3 minutes walk from YuiRail Asato Station. It's adjacent to Sakaemachi's bar district, so you won't have any trouble finding food or drinks. Also, there is a 24-hour supermarket (Ryubou) about a 3-minute walk away, making it a very convenient location where you can get groceries, side dishes, and alcohol at low prices. However, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Kokusai Dori area, so if you want to mainly do that, you might be better off staying at a different hotel. Please note that there is no parking lot, so this is inconvenient if you rent a car (you will need to use the nearby coin parking)■Indoor-WidthEnough space for one person.-sceneryYou can also see the Yuirail coming and going, giving it a sense of openness. There was a slightly tall building in front of me, but it didn't bother me that much. If you are on the 5th floor or below, the view may not be very good.-WifiStable at around 30-50Mbps. No problem-bathtubSlightly wide (I'm 175cm so I have to bend my legs a little)-Hot water temperatureNo problem, piping hot water comes out.-Power of hot waterIt's not a problem, but it takes a while to fill up with hot water.-Bed hardnessSlightly soft-refrigeratorQuite large for general household size-Security boxNone (I think)-OutletLocated at the foot of the bedside-hangersix-balconycan be-tv setcan be-dryercan be-toothbrushcan be-Noise (adjacent room, outdoor)Nothing in particularI thought it would be noisy at night because it's next to the Sakaemachi bar district, but I couldn't hear much noise, probably because the bar district was on the opposite side of the balcony (toward the entrance).■Gymnone■LaundryThere is a washing machine in the room, but there is no detergent provided. Can be dried in the bath■CleaningNot even for consecutive nights (1000 yen/time available if requested)However, towels etc. can be changed free of charge every day.■MealsNot provided■StaffThe response at check-in seemed a little too bureaucratic, but there were no particular problems.■Others・Check-in is from 15:00, but since we arrived early, there was no one at the front desk when we tried to leave our luggage, so when we called, the cleaning staff came and asked us to leave it next to the front desk. I was told. There doesn't seem to be anyone at the front desk until 3:00pm, so be careful with your valuables.・The room key is not a card, but a large, old-fashioned key, and you can't leave it at the front desk, so you have to take it with you when you go out, which is a bit inconvenient.
