The room is large and comfortable, and the toilet and bathroom space are sufficient. However, the sound insulation is slightly poor, and there is no elevator, so it is a little troublesome to carry luggage. There are sufficient bathroom supplies in the room, but the Internet is a little slow

There is no elevator and the sound insulation is not very good. There seems to be a fire station nearby.The location is great. You can walk to Kokusai Street.It’s also near the station, within walking distance to supermarkets and convenience stores.The air-conditioning is cool. The room is large. There are two toilets and a sink. There is also a sink in the small kitchen for washing hands.

We stayed for a week and found the location terrific - very central, close to shopping and restaurants.3 minute walking distance to the Monorail - great because we only rented a car a few days. We rented the car by the day, so we didn’t have to worry about parking or overnight damage..The Monorail is clean and air conditioned. We saved lots of $$$ going to the airport.Suite was very, very spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was superb. Wifi worked flawlessly.The rooms and bathroom were spotlessly clean.There was a bad sewer smell in the toilet. Because the drain in the middle of the floor isn’t used much, the P-trap dries out. I solved it by pouring a glass of water down. Hotel cleaning staff should do this every visit.It had a simple , serviceable kitchen.We were only 3 guests but for a suite advertised to accommodate up to 8 guests:• Only 2 dinner plates and 2 salad plates. Should be 8• Only one frypan (no lid) and one stockpot. Should have a couple of pots more• No colander to drain vegetables• Cooking utensils were inadequate: no tongs, no spatula, no wooden spoon, etc.This made cooking very difficult. Someone who usually cooks for their family could go through this kitchen and quickly fix these shortcomings.Lastly, room security is poor in one important area. The window latch in the shower room is missing a piece of hardware, so it cannot be locked. So the room can be accessed from next door building’s walkway.If these things are fixed, I would give the hotel 5/5

Includes 4 days on the 4th floor, one apartment per floorThere is no elevator and you have to climb the stairsThere are many food and convenience stores nearbyThere are also many parking lots. You can find them if you just go around a little bit.One toilet, two toilets and only one bathroomThere is a refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave and tableware.Close to the tram station and within walking distanceThe overall evaluation is pretty good, but it’s a little harder without an elevator.

Clean and spacious, but there is no elevator and it is inconvenient to carry luggage up and down the stairs. The sound insulation of the floor is not good. If the tenants upstairs are not quality, there will be no peace downstairs!
