The room was spacious and clean, and the price was very reasonable.The hotel staff also responded kindly.You can also check the status of the coin laundry in real time on TV, and watch movies and anime.However, the air conditioner in the hallway in front of the guest room was too effective and it was quite cold...Other than that, I'm very satisfied (^^♪

I used it for 5 nights.I chose this hotel thinking that it would be fine as long as I didn't have to worry about sleeping since breakfast was included and I was basically outside, but first of all, the cost performance was very good.6 people stayed in 2 rooms, but the price was incredible for 5 nights (lol)I will use it again when I go to Ishigaki Island!

The rooms are also clean and large. Unlike other comfort hotels, it has a resort style..Breakfast is free and drinks are also...Free bicycle rental.There is a fee, but there is also a washing machine and dryer.They also lend free towels when you go to the beach.However... the internet turned on and off... it was a little inconvenient...

This is a great hotel that lives up to its Google rating. The inside of the building is still new, so it's shiny and clean, and the staff is very polite, and if you have any questions, they'll be happy to help.It's a little far from the city center of Ishigaki Island, but if you have a rental car you won't have any problems. The room was well-cleaned, and the bed was hard enough for a good night's sleep. By the way, the twin TVs are 42 inches, and being able to display my smartphone on the TV was quite useful.Also, although the breakfast was said to be free, there were many items, and the taco rice was especially delicious. There is a welcome drink near the front desk, and it is no exaggeration to say that all basic hotel supplies are available.Please note that the rooms have views facing the sea and the parking lot, and those with higher room numbers have better views towards the sea. For example, room 213 has a better view than room 201. The ocean view from the window provides a relaxing moment. I stayed in my room all day staring out the window, but I never got tired of it. (lol)The room is based on blue, light blue, and white, making it easy to relax and giving you a sense of Okinawa. I think this is a good hotel to use as a base for your trip to Ishigaki Island. I'm planning on repeating it too! The breakfast taco rice, curry, and mango were so delicious!

A quiet resort-like environment, just a short drive from the city center. It's less than a ten minute walk to Maesato Beach.The room was clean and a little small for 3 people, but we were very satisfied with the reasonable price.Breakfast is free, so I can't expect much, but as a multiple-stay guest, I would have liked a little more variety.

The staff's response is relatively good, especially in the morning. Good location and good value for money. Since it was summer vacation, the laundromat was busy, so I had to wait quite a while. Overall a very nice hotel. However, there is only one elevator, so you have to wait frequently. There are stairs, but you can only go down and can't go up. There must be a reason why they don't let her use the stairs, but this alone was quite stressful.

I have a family home nearby, but now I live far away. I stayed for several nights because my mother was not feeling well. It's a beautiful hotel. The service may have been kept to a bare minimum due to the low price, but the staff were polite and the hotel was very comfortable.

This is my first trip to Ishigaki Island.After much consideration, I decided on this hotel.It's a small but very beautiful hotel.The timing was bad this time, as it was after a typhoon, so I couldn't go to the beach, so I think I'll stay here when I go to Taketomi Island or Iriomote Island.

The room was also clean and comfortable.My room was on the second floor, but the noise from the floor above was too loud, so I went to the front desk to ask about it, and they kindly changed my room. The golf course is right in front and the scenery is nice. The bed was very comfortable.

(I am a mystery shopper. I have relationships with hotels and restaurants around the country, and I evaluate them honestly.)We were very grateful for the free breakfast and free bicycle rental.Some of the rental bicycles were difficult to lock and some had very dim lights, so I thought it would be a good idea to check everything for safety.I didn't know that you could rent beach towels for free. Was there a sign posted somewhere?The shampoo and conditioner make my hair very smooth, so I would like to know which brand they are.I couldn't use the linen because it didn't smell good, probably because it wasn't used much. It may be a good idea to use fabric softener.The only thing I felt was that it was not comfortable was that there were no amenities such as lotion.From an eco-friendly and cost-saving perspective, it may be a good idea to have one available in each room, and ask anyone who needs it to ask.

But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Akiko and Hiring (I hope I spelled that correctly!). They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their kindness and attention to detail were truly remarkable.Whether you're visiting Ishigaki for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo adventure, I highly recommend the Comfort in Ishigaki. I chose this place because it was beautiful and not too expensive. Since I was renting a car, the parking lot was free, which was great.I was considering a hotel near the port, but it seemed like I would have to park in a paid parking lot. The room was clean, breakfast was served as a buffet on the first floor, and I had a comfortable stay.Although I didn't rent one, it's also a good place to rent bicycles.
