Disaster!Actually the room layout and size is great for Japan. But if you don't treat the best apartment well and renovate and clean it properly, then it turns into what we experienced! The price is cheap, but that's no excuse to find somewhere other than a mess and spend the night. Above all, we stayed in a top apartment a few streets away for the same amount, which was unfortunately fully booked for additional nights. The equipment: There were none! All Mr. Kinjo locations are similarly “equipped” as when we went to the so-called reception a few streets away and only from 3 p.m., we were told that!Under no circumstances book! For the same amount you can stay 100 times better in Japan/Okinawa!

It was already problematic when checking in! The hotel does not have a reception although it says online that it has one. You will only receive a notification about this after you have already booked. You have to walk to the next hotel to get the key. It would be ok without luggage but honestly with a suitcase it's a disgrace... especially since the lady at the reception isn't interested in anything... we found an incredibly dirty, unkempt house and room and had to run back and sort it out... we were told I kept saying yes, your hotel is full and has no reception. She just kept asking if we wanted to cancel it. Wit haven aid run André's always hoped in one of their other buildings but nothing there. The woman said everything was occupied, even though they had a lot of free rooms online. Ultimately, it was too late in the evening to look for a new hotel and we asked at least the room to be cleaned properly tomorrow. The “cleaning” was more than disappointing. All you had done was fold the toilet paper into a triangle and not touch anything else. We specifically emphasized that they should please change the besswaache that had hair on it and still looked freshly covered! Nothing. The fly screen is full of holesThe bathroom is rusty and the house smells terrible of dirty laundry and just rotten. The dirty laundry is simply stacked in the hallway behind a curtain!!!!Absolutely no place to sit and relax. They put a chair for 2 people!! Absolutely uncomfortable. There are almost never fresh towels etc...Garbage is lying around...The location is ok but not ideal either… is there anything better…

The microwave was broken. The toilet lock was broken. As other reviews said, the room was poorly cleaned.Well, it's cheap so I guess it's acceptable.Convenient as there is a supermarket within 5 seconds walk.Family Mart is also a 2 minute walk away.Jackie Steak is also within walking distance. The Yui Rail station is a little far, but you can walk there.Personally, I would like to use it, but my family may not like it.

I'm glad that it comes with a microwave, washing machine, and bathroom dryer ♪ The entrance to the hotel locks automatically ♪ There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and a convenience store is also nearby ♪The room was clean and comfortable (*^^*) I would like to use it again ♪ (2024/4)

With a kitchen, washing machine, separate bathroom and toilet, it's a calm space that makes you feel like you're in a friend's apartment, and the accommodation fee is surprisingly cheap at around ¥3,000.There's also a balcony, so you can stay overnight or do your laundry. Comfortable and hassle-free! There is also a 24-hour supermarket nearby, so you can travel as if you were living there. The only drawback is that it's far from the station, so it might be a pain in the rain☔

The room was clean and nice. The floor was a little sticky. My washing machine was full of mold, so I bleached it myself. There is a musty smell around the bathroom. The light bulbs in the hallway and bathroom were out.

2023.10I'm not complaining because I was able to stay there for 3,600 yen per night. Assuming this price is reasonable. The location is inconvenient, less than 15 minutes from Asahibashi Station, and 10 minutes by Tokyo Bus to the airport. There are local shops such as Tsuji Supermarket and a restaurant, but it takes just over 10 minutes to get to Kanehide. I chose it on the assumption that it wouldn't rain, but rainy weather seems like it would be a pain. There is no staff at the hotel, and the check-in is done by another Mr.KINJO about 2 minutes away, who only accepts guests from 3pm. It would be difficult to leave your luggage there. The building is quite old and is a renovated one-room building. However, it is convenient because it comes with a washing machine and a bathroom dryer. If someone asks me what I would like to do next time, if there is a more convenient place in the same price range, I will go there. If not, I might stay at this price since it's a good deal!

The room was clean. I made a reservation at Jalan and asked some questions, but the receptionist at nearby Naha didn't answer my questions. The other Mr. Kinjo answered and responded well.
