RakutenyaWith shared bath and shower.I was shown a tatami room on the 2nd floor. There is no TV, but there is air conditioning. It was more than enough for a solo male traveler. There is no curfew and you can go home anytime. It was very cheap at 3000 yen per night.Thank you very much♪

I stayed here because the reviews were good. I was saved because the cooler was coin-operated. There are apparently two buildings, and the main building has a spacious entrance and common areas that look nice, so it feels completely different from the separate building.Even though there was a slight difference in price, the main building was better.Everyone was quiet at night, and I could hear whispers from the neighbors, so I had to be careful about the noise when I went to the bathroom. The woman at the inn was polite and kind. It's hard to say because the price is so low, but next time I'd like to stay somewhere else.

Stayed on February 12, 2024A guesthouse located behind Teishokuya Iwa near Euglena Mall on Ishigaki Island. This was my first time staying there, but it was a very quaint and comfortable accommodation. There were a lot of retro ornaments and books in the entrance and guest room, and I was surprised to see a book by Shinjuku Berg!It seemed like there were other guests staying that day, but it was very quiet. There was Wi-Fi and you could use the washing machine, which was helpful.A large bougainvillea was in full bloom in front of the inn and it was very beautiful. There's a bike share spot nearby, so I'm glad I could rent a bike there and go around.

I stayed here on a family trip. I was glad that I was able to stay at a very cheap price of 3000 yen per night without meals. However, it was inconvenient that the room didn't have a bath or toilet, so it didn't suit me (it was my first time staying in a guesthouse, so I wasn't used to it...). My father was happy that the old-fashioned atmosphere was nostalgic. There was a washer and dryer available for a fee. Bath towels can also be rented for a fee. Shampoo and body soap available. There was a hair dryer in the hallway, but if someone took it to their room, they might not get it back for a while. There is a refrigerator and hangers in the room. There are mosquitoes even in January, so they also have insecticides and vapes. When the Ishigaki Island Marathon is held, the room is said to be fully booked with runners. There are many convenience stores, cafes, and izakaya restaurants around the inn, so staying overnight without meals is sufficient. There are so many shops to choose from within walking distance. Perhaps because there is a pachinko parlor next to the inn, I could hear noisy voices from outside until late at night. There are many steps and the stairs are steep, so I thought it might be a bit difficult for people with walking disabilities. The man at the guesthouse is very kind and helpful. I didn't know where to park so I called and they came to pick me up.

The price is quite cheap at 3000 yen per night. It's old and you can only stay here without meals, but there is wifi and the washroom facilities are clean. However, when a baby ant appeared in my room, I started to feel bad.I left the half-eaten cookies and went outside, and when I came back, there was a line of people covered in ants.

Although the toilet and bath are shared, it has a unique atmosphere that you won't find anywhere else. The hustle and bustle of the city right next door feels like a lie.Time passes at a leisurely pace. The couple's wonderful personalities, combined with the atmospheric building, are what makes this inn so appealing. It's probably a very old building, but it's well-maintained and makes you feel at home. It's not suitable for those looking for an urban resort, but those who like the atmosphere will come back again.I hope that this inn can continue for a long time if the users use it with care.
