I'm a former local.I stayed on a weekday in October on my way home.Opening in 2022This is a newly built apartment hotel. The advantage is that you can go directly to your room without checking in because it is basically unmanned. On the other hand, it's all self-service, so it might be a little difficult if something goes wrong. The interior has a beautiful Mr.Kinjo feel,There is a kitchen with 2 IH stoves,Separate bath and toilet and indoor washing machine and gas dryer(👈It's really a blessing to have detergent powder and Kenta-kun)It was more comfortable than a bad business hotel. In terms of access, public transportationIf you go by bus, you can take Route 99 from Naha Airport directly to the nearest Mochidawara bus stop, but since it's an Okinawa bus, it's best to wait at least an hour to get there, and it's a 3-minute walk from the bus stop. You can also walk from Yui Rail Furushima Station, but you have to walk for 30 minutes, so I don't think it's practical. It takes about 15-20 minutes by car or taxi. It's easier by car.(However, the parking lot may be a little difficult if you are visiting it for the first time.)Transportation is also available from the road across the street.Main arteries National Route 58 and National Route 330Having direct access to both is very convenient. Is the surrounding environment the key point? The surrounding area is not as lively as hotels in Naha city, but on the other hand, it is a residential area so you can spend a quiet time. There is also a drug store next to the hotel that is open until 24 hours, and a Family Mart next door.San-A (the largest local supermarket) is a 5-minute walk away and is open until 11pm, so it's easy to drink at home.Is the restaurant a negative point? There is no restaurant attached to the hotel. Therefore, you will have to prepare your own meals. There are quite a few izakayas, but there are almost no restaurants... (Maybe just steak?)Above all, the price is reasonable, so it may be a good option for modern people who value cost performance.

Although the parking lot is small, there is a lot of freedom in various ways, and the rooms are fairly clean. The towels were good and didn't leave any lint.I think it's good because the price is cheap.

The room with the highest CP value I have ever stayed in!Book a double room or a quadruple room for an average of NT$500 per personIt's about 10 minutes away from Naha Kokusai Express, and the taxi costs about 1,100 yen! There are a lot of parking spaces (but you need good parking skills). There is a drugstore and cosmetics supermarket next to it. There are FamilyMart and 711 nearby. There is a balcony, a washing machine, a dryer, a bathtub, a refrigerator, an IH stove, and pots. It also comes with laundry detergent and bath detergent~Personally, I think the four-person room is very cost-effective and is recommended for family travel ~ The overall situation is very newThe disadvantage is that there is no service staff, everything is self-serviceYou can enter directly by pressing the password when checking in.Overall highly recommended🤤

I think the hotel is a renovated 1K apartment. A washing machine, dryer, 2-burner IH cooking heater, refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware are provided for your stay. Unfortunately, there are no seasonings, so I don't recommend it for short stays. Towels are replaced once every four days, so you usually have to take the trouble of washing and drying them yourself. Other than that, I think you'll be able to spend your time without any problems. Lastly, the parking lot, including the entry route, seemed difficult for beginner drivers.

You can use the washing machine and dryer as much as you like, so you don't have to change clothes as much, and you can dry your tent on the balcony. It's an apartment hotel, and it's very clean.
