First of all, I was surprised that the cleaning staff did not collect trash from the trash can. .Also, when I was cleaning, the air conditioner was turned on without permission. . Moreover, even the set temperature can be changed. . 24 degrees. . Samu, you're crazy. As mentioned in other reviews, the house dust was so bad that I had a bad throat even when I slept with the air conditioner on or not.The washing machine at the coin laundry is also old and can it remove stains properly? That's what it felt like.Breakfast costs 1,650 yen, which is way too expensive even though it's 1,100 yen at a breakfast restaurant in Naha where there's always a long line. .I highly recommend paying an extra 50 yen and going to eat breakfast at the Richmond Hotel across the diagonal for 1,700 yen.I'm surprised that they don't use card keys these days. Very inconvenient.

Stayed for 4 nights, overall it was quite satisfactory and the experience was good. The sound insulation is not very good, but it is still acceptable. It's also very close to the supermarket, so shopping is very convenient. The only bad thing is that the hotel's water dispenser does not provide hot water.I bought instant noodles and I was very happy to make them because I saw that the water dispenser only had warm water and ice water. After hesitating for a while, the clerk kindly came over to help me and asked me to press warm water....As a result, my instant noodles were ruined!!

Ha, that's a shame. There are many disappointing points. The good thing is that they have an all-you-can-drink beer service for 1 hour from 5pm. The restaurants are pretty good, but there aren't many that kids can eat.The building is old but has been renovated. I stayed here with a baby and toddler, but unfortunately it's not suitable for families with children.First of all, there are steps from the entrance, so strollers cannot enter. The door and entrance to the guest room are too narrow, making it difficult to fit a stroller. The only toiletries for children are toothbrushes. It was advertised as a family-friendly room, but children were not welcome at all.The parking lot has a meaningless system that costs 1200 yen every time you enter and exit. I want to go out somewhere for a while, but I have to pay another 1,200 yen. So be careful as it will cost you money if you don't plan it properly. When I returned to my room during my consecutive stay, I was shocked to find that used plates and cups had not been cleaned. Since it's a cheap hotel, maybe they don't clean it? Any other cheap hotel would do a good job of cleaning, so it was my first time staying at a hotel like this, so I decided not to stay.To top it all off, I received a phone call after checking in, and when I thought about it, it said, ``The mug is missing.'' "Did you put it in your bag by mistake?" he asked. Wait, you think I stole it? ? No, no, no, I don't normally take the mug from my room home, and being accused of stealing it makes me laugh lolI have stayed in countless hotels, but this is the first time I have received a phone call like this. Please check with your family first. To begin with, the cup was not set. At the end of the trip, I received a phone call like this, and this trip suddenly ended in a bad mood. . Sigh. The people at the front desk were also unmotivated and their response was a bit bland. I learned a lot from the feeling that cheap is probably bad after all.I failed in choosing an accommodation in Naha this time. Next time I'll look for a different hotel in Naha.

Stayed here for 4 nights and all the staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The manager was absolutely lovely and took the time to help us with directions, recommendations and just have a chat. The downstairs bar/restaurant had great vibes and food. Plus free beer on their happy hour 5-6pm!I highly recommend this hotel!
