I was able to read manga and eat popcorn for free. They also lent me a snorkel set. The service was good. The bed was in a loft.

For breakfast, you can receive bread, jam, and margarine. The drink bar was always available and had popcorn and udon noodles. Family Mart is very close, and there is a hidden parking lot for 300 yen from 6pm to 8pm on weekdays.

A pleasant and budget-friendly stay. I stayed here for five nights. It’s conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from Omoromachi Station and a 15–20 minute uphill walk from Makishi Station. The accommodation offers 24-hour free-flow drinks, with popcorn and udon available at set times (limited to one serving per day), along with two bread rolls daily. It's close to DFS, convenience stores, shopping centers, and a museum. The room is compact, with a toilet and shower located underneath the bed, which is accessible via a steep ladder to the upper level. There’s also a fridge and basic amenities provided. However, it might not be ideal for elderly guests or those with back issues due to the need to climb the ladder frequently.Additional perks include access to a washing machine and dryer. The staff speaks a bit of English as well!

At check-in. When I asked if I would be staying for more than 3 nights, and if I could have the cleaning done once, a man in glasses (I forgot his name, I believe!) replied, ``Yes!'' I was asked what day you would like it, and I replied that I would like it on the third day. A female staff member next to me named T-no (her bangs held back by a beige hairband) listened to the entire conversation and nodded in agreement. At the same time, I was given a paper checklist of replenishment items, and was asked to write on this paper and hand it to the front desk if there was anything I wanted refilled during cleaning. I thought I'd get this from the front desk at night, but I didn't bother to bring it out. On the second day, my family was sweating, and when I asked them if they could just change the futon cover, there was a man with the same glasses and Mr. Tno at the front desk, just like when I checked in, and Mr. Tno told me on the third day. I was told that there would be cleaning to be done, so please be patient until then. Since I didn't need to replace it on the third day, I asked if they could just change the cover one day earlier, but I was refused. In the above exchange, even though we have repeatedly asked for cleaning on the third day and the employees have repeatedly mentioned that cleaning will be done on the third day, When I returned to the hotel in the evening, I found that it had not been cleaned at all: the desk was sticky, the floor was full of dust, and the toilet and bath were untouched. When I immediately went to the front desk to report that the room had not been cleaned, a well-looking male staff member named Uma told me that he would not be able to start cleaning unless I provided him with a checklist. However, there was no explanation at all at the time of check-in or after that the paper was also used as a cleaning application form, so I desperately tried to tell them about it, but there was no way they hadn't explained it! I was kicked out! How could Mr. Uma, who took sick leave on the first day, be able to make such a statement without checking? I asked Mr. Tano to listen to me now, but he told me that he couldn't because he wasn't there right now. I told them that I would like to be refunded only for the cleaning part, but they kept repeating that they could not do that and that they had confirmed that they had explained the matter properly. Even though the employee wearing glasses was also on leave, I wonder why he was explaining things without asking. This is a strange story. Shouldn't you simply check whether cleaning is necessary or not, and check it off on a checklist if it's necessary? Well, isn't normal cleaning something that you should do every day without any conditions? There isn't a single hotel I've ever stayed in that doesn't have a day of cleaning. Also, a male staff member with fluffy hair named Mta (there are two male staff members with the same last name, and the other one wears glasses) gave us a good explanation! Just tell the management company as much as you want! ! was said in a very strong tone, I was interrupted, and I couldn't stop shaking with strong mental shock, shock, and anger at the forced attitude of not listening to the customer's voice or engaging in dialogue. Days have passed, but I still can't stop shaking from that moment. I have PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) to the point where I have to go to a psychosomatic doctor. Also, on the first day, the plane was delayed and there were no udon noodles, but it can't be helped, but since it was before 10:30 p.m., when I went to get just the soup, they didn't have any green onions, so I asked Mr. Tano to just give me the soup. When I asked for more green onions, I was told that the udon was only served until 10:30 pm, so please refrain from serving it in the future. teeth! ? I don't understand what it means. I'm sorry I ran out of udon, but I'll replenish it soon! ? What's more, I had the same exact exchange with this same employee in May. At that time, too, when I was just trying to get soup, he complained for some reason. Of course it was before 10:30 p.m. Even though the soup wasn't finished yet, it made no sense and was unpleasant. Also, when I went to get some popcorn from the staff member, a dark-skinned foreign-looking man called Mr. Kada, just before 9pm, he was out of popcorn, so I made him a little extra in case someone else took the popcorn. When I asked him to give me some, he seemed to think I was trying to get a lot by myself, so he got angry and threatened me for some reason! I explained that it might be taken away by someone else, but I'm still shaking with fear! As expected, the foreigner-like appearance gives off a different feeling of intimidation, so it seems that my family members were also very scared and feared for their safety, and even though they had come to pick it up for fun, I felt really bad for them. I felt really sorry for my family. Despite all this, the manager, an older man with gray hair named Ii, did not apologize at all during our stay, and even when we checked out, he took the keys without saying a word and did not greet us at all. This is a level that makes me wonder as a person! In addition, the entire staff did not seem to open up or show any remorse. In fact, even though they were saying the right things, they were completely treated as complaints and were treated very coldly throughout my stay. It is thought that they deliberately removed the cleaning service in order to annoy the guests in order to prevent their handicapped relatives from staying at the hotel in the future. If I make them angry, I won't have to stay overnight even though I have a handicap. The cleaning staff greeted me warmly when I passed them, and although they didn't actually clean my room, they were very warm. Also, I don't know what's in my heart, but maybe it's just on the surface, but the only female staff member, Ms. Kjima, kindly and sincerely responded to even the smallest of requests, which helped me a little bit. Surprisingly, I ended up staying in the same room as May, but the window had been broken ever since! In such a state, we continue to have customers! It's on a high floor, so if you fall from there, you'll die! I am writing here just as something that happened to me in case it will be helpful to you. I'll make another edit! !

Depending on your accommodation plan, it might be a good place to go after a drink if you missed the last train. The morning bread service was not available when I went there after 8:30.It says that it will end when it runs out, and it might be okay since it's free...In the response to the review, it says, "We provide value-for-money service to all our customers..."It's just a shame. In the shower room, there is a strong leak from the base of the shower head. Are inspections done properly? Is there anything else missing?

If you're traveling alone, I think it's a good option and has the best cost performance. I recommend this if you are planning to stay in a dormitory.
