Try fixing errors in the application, don't be fooled by advertisements that are still installed in some applications. Where does people's money that cannot be refunded go?Then the cleanliness in this inn is also bad, the mattresses and pillows smell like monsters, at least dry them first, bro. terrible smell, body odor still sticks to the sleeping equipment. It's not a matter of cheap prices for those who commented above, we are talking about cleanliness, if you want to compare cheap ones, in Padang there are many that are cheaper but pay attention to cleanliness. The best hotel, don't ever stay here, I've booked 2 rooms via the Traveloka app and they've paid for it, when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist said I couldn't book via the app anymore, what's the story if I tried it, the name of the hotel was still displayed I've been to Traveloka and I've paid in full for 2 rooms, but there's no middle ground from the hotel, but I've been told to take care of it myself, it's hilarious....., I can't refund the service, I've just changed the name, don't use it. Sharia said, the manager didn't even answer on the phone, it's really funny I swear, the price paid wasn't much, but you thought, it's easy for you to make money
