It's great~ If you want a massage, please make an appointment with the service staff downstairs. They will go directly to the room for the massage~ The elderly waiter speaks very good English and has no problem communicating!The room is very comfortable, but they currently do not have daily cleaning service. They usually clean the room on the fourth day, but toiletries are provided on the first floor of the hotel for guests to take by themselves~

I stayed in the King Double Room at Hotel Cocktail Stay Naha and had a very comfortable stay.Unit baths are common in hotels in Okinawa, but this one has a separate bath and toilet, making it clean and easy to use. You can spend a relaxing time on the spacious bed, and the digital check-in and check-out system makes for a smooth service. There is a coin parking lot next door and a convenience store nearby, so it is very convenient for travelers.Combining convenience and comfort, this hotel is highly recommended for your stay in Okinawa. It was a wonderful hotel that I would like to stay at again.

However, the bed sheet is very rough that cannot be slept-in…… we make our own sheet using own cloths.

The size of the room is fine.There were two power outlets near each bed, so there were no fights lol.However, the only thing I can't forgive isBlack mold on the bathroom floor even though it's a hotel? Lots of...Since the flooring is gray, you might not be able to tell unless you look closely, but it was in such a condition over a fairly large area, and the gaskets were also dirty. . .I can't stay in that state for a long time,I couldn't take a bath. . .I thought I would be able to soak in a bathtub with separate bath and toilet, but I was disappointed.I forgot to take a picture and regret it. .Also, there were drinking cups for the number of people near the pot, but there were only three colors, and the fourth cup was probably covered in color, but it was attached to the cup so that the person in front of me could see. A sticky note with your name? seal? remained attached.It was clear that the cup had not been washed properly.I felt very bad.I would like the cleaning to be more thorough and proper.I won't be staying there again.Also, do the staff members work part-time for elderly people? lolBad attitude and slow work.It seems that one person cannot confirm this.There are many people who are not needed.

Even though there was something I really wanted to check with the hotel, they didn't pick up the phone even after calling more than 6 times. When I arrived at the hotel, I called her several times, but when I asked her, when did she call? How many times did you call? Which number was it? Usually, they apologize first. That's what I thought. Even though the reservation details were incorrect, they told me to ask the reservation site. In the end, when I checked the hotel's system, I was able to confirm that my reservation had been confirmed. (Check from the beginning) When you enter the hotel, there is no greeting or explanation. The only good thing is that the room is clean. But it will never stop again. Period.
