The location is good as it is close to the airport and tourist spots, but the customer service level of the employees is very low, and there are no doormen or bellhops, so we had to unload our luggage ourselves. On the last day, around 9:30 pm, the sounds of people making noise at the bar leaked into the room, so I called the front desk, but they couldn't get through (perhaps there was a staff shortage?)The person in charge came to the room around 10pm, but he didn't seem to apologize, highlighting the poor quality of the hotel.I was told that it would gradually get quieter, but in the end I could still hear it until around 24:00.I had a child, so even though I paid a reasonable price for a king room, I had a bad experience on the last day.As an apology, they did not offer me any discount coupons or other services that I could use at the store.Parking fees are also high.I think this is on par with a business hotel, not a resort hotel.

It's nice to have a sea view (some rooms have a view), but it's far from the city and it's inconvenient to go anywhere other than the airport. On the other hand, since it is close to the airport, it seems that a certain Japanese cabin attendant is staying here.It felt like an operation somewhere between a resort hotel and a regular hotel. It's nice to have a 7-Eleven on the first floor, but on the other hand, there's nothing else around, so I think they had no choice but to run it themselves.

Good points: The interior of the room was relatively clean except for the bathroom. |・We provided a crib, baby bath, and water heater for the baby. Thank you for your help! …

Stayed in October 2024.There were a lot of bad things that happened, so I'll write about them.① It takes about 20 minutes to check in.The explanation was too long and there were too few employees to serve the guests.②Although it stated that they always had iPhone chargers and umbrellas on hand, I was told that they were currently rented out for all 3 nights and 4 days and that they did not have them in stock. Impossible. They didn't bring it with them as they were told they had it on hand, but they didn't apologize and were rather sullen.③The gym is too boring with only room runners and chest presses.④The parking lot is too expensive at 1,800 yen per day.Parking nearby has a maximum charge of 600 yen. It is better not to rent here. This is the worst hotel ever.

It's mostly business. The rooms are small and a bit lonely to call it an old resort hotel. It's a shame.

Looks like a SheratonThere is a pool, so it's great for families with children. It's a good hotel.I think the cost performance is good. It's a bit disappointing that there is a parking fee. There is a convenience store and souvenir shop inside. There is also a sports barThere is also a supermarket nearby. An old man working at a convenience storeThe response is very good. There is a Times store nearby that has cheap parking fees.On Saturday, it was full and I had to park at the hotel.placed in a remote locationA security guard explained the location. It was inappropriate and I was annoyed.I think this hotel is recommended for people who want to go to remote islands by Kokusai Dori or ferry.
