The location was great as it was close to the port terminal and Euglena Mall!I stayed on an all-inclusive plan. All the rice was delicious. However, even though it's all-inclusive, breakfast time is short at 9:30, and the last order of the night was early so I didn't get much use.I was told that I could order it from my room, but when it was ready they would contact my room and I would go to the front desk to pick it up. (canned drink)Also, since I'm not a smoker, I didn't really care, but if you smoke, go to the port terminal because the terminal closes early, so it's pitch black at night, and I feel sorry for those who smoke. I would like them to set up a smoking area...Lastly, I felt that the quality of the staff's service was not commensurate with the price. When I asked many of the young part-time workers if they could take the laundry out of the washing machine, I was disappointed because they acted like they were bothering me. As others have written, there was no explanation about the QR system for ordering meals.The food was reasonably delicious, but I had the impression that it wasn't worth the price and that the reality was quite different from the Instagram photos (especially on the rooftop at night). There is a shower for the sauna next to it.The bath was large and had a Jacuzzi, and the shower had multiple functions such as an overhead shower or a regular hand shower, but it was difficult to understand how to operate it intuitively. Perhaps because it was a suite, there were plenty of free drinks in the fridge even though it wasn't all-inclusive. The rooftop terrace that often appears in hotel advertisements has the ocean right in front of you, but the view isn't particularly good, and if you look at the details, it's not that beautiful. When you sit on the beach chair on the terrace of your room, it's right next to the outdoor unit, so the hot air and noise are terrible. I want this to be improved because I can't relax.3.
