It's very close to the port and very convenient to take a boat.

The door password was not provided. Fortunately, a Taiwanese person coming in and out told me the password to enter. I stayed for 6 nights and the room was not cleaned. I felt very uncomfortable.

Stayed here with my family of four as part of a longer trip. The room itself isn't spacious especially with 4 people, bathroom and toilet set up is strange with them being at opposite ends of the room, sinks to wash hands are in the room itself where the beds are. The beds were good, mattress and pillows could be more comfortable. Kettle, little fridge in the room and a microwave to use in the lobby. Laundry facilities available as well.Located right near the port and a short walking distance to Kokusai Dori shopping street and restaurants.In regards to communication and check-in, this needs to be a whole lot better. Before we got to Japan, I sent an email to confirm our booking and did not get a reply. Very frustrating.We were also meant to be sent a code to get into the building 24 hours before our stay so we could self check in (the Ipads to check in are in the building itself) but we were not sent this code.The day we arrived it was coming down with torrential rain and we were let in by a cleaner, by then we were drenched. Hence, why we needed that code to get in before hand. We eventually were able to check in, a bit of a process that could have been completed before we got there, mainly putting in details about who is travelling etc.Would I stay here again, maybe if the check in and communication process is better, otherwise I may stay where I can talk to an actual staff member at check in.

The interior is very beautiful and relaxing.
