This establishment doesn’t give refunds even though they don’t deliver the services they advertised.Here are the reasons to not book with Terrace Resort Ginowan:1.) Upon booking on January 3, 2024, I messaged Terrace Ginowan Resort via Agoda app messages to confirm that they have 3 adults, 1 pet dog and 1 car parking. The hotel never replied since January 3,2024.2.) On the day before check in, I emailed the hotel again to verify that my booking is confirmed for 3 adults, 1 pet and 1 parking space. No response from the hotel again.On the day my family was supposed to check in, I had to ask a Japanese interpreter to call the hotel to confirm if they accept pet and 1 parking. We were told no pets allowed and no parking. We received a text with instructions to access hotel for 2 adults. I booked this room for 3 adults, 1 pet and 1 parking space.The hotel is not responsive via Agoda app messaging and emails.My family have our luggage’s packed to experience all this issues on check in day. Terrace Resort Ginowan never replied to any messages or email. They should just remove those options and just say call the hotel to get information. It’s not my family’s fault that Terrace Resort Ginowan advertised Pet Allowed, Car Parking and they reserved a room only for 2 people and not 3 per my booking on January 3, 2024.Book at your own risk. In front of the hotel are tombs. Parking spaces, maybe? No pets allowed. Call them. Your messages and emails will not get a response. The worst experience we had in Japan. I do not recommend this hotel. Agoda did not help us.

If you get a room in the 4th floor, just cancel your reservation and leave. There is about 120 square feet of space available (which is mostly taken by the bed. The kitchen is also in front of the bed.Tl:dr :you get rm in 401, just leave, a prison cell is larger

The rooms and water areas are cleaned fairly well, but the washing machine, air conditioner, and Roomba filters must have been left unattended. It's so dirty that I hesitate to use it.In particular, the washing machine's lint filter is at its limit and I have to clean it myself.As for the location, as others have said, there isn't much else within walking distance.If you drive, there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.Is this the parking lot too? A minivan would fit in that space...Overall, there are better accommodations elsewhere, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I stayed in room 201 and it was very noisy as I could hear footsteps from the floor above.Inconvenient as there is nothing nearby.

The room is large, but there are no things, so it's inconvenient.・There is a washing machine but no laundry basket・There is no towel rack in the sink.・There is no desk to work on.・Although there is a kitchen, there are no simple seasonings.All there is is a TV, DVD player (who uses them these days?), a sofa, and a bed.Do you think that not having things is fashionable?Also, when I was taking a walk in the morning, there was an old man who approached me in the neighborhood.He said, ``Nature? Hey?'' But I'm a strong-willed person, so I said, ``Nature. What's wrong with that?'' I walked away quickly, but I wondered what he wanted to do.There are no convenience stores nearby and parking is difficult, so it is difficult to find a good place.

The room was very clean and spacious.All home appliances are PanasonicThere's even a drum-type washing machine.I was surprised.But the futonThe duvet must have been washed, right?It was flat.The mattress is also uneven.It's probably time for a change.What about those who value sleep?That's what it feels like.My husband fell asleep though
