Applying for move-in is very troublesomeEveryone’s passport information must be entered slowly one by one.

It was the first time I chose an unmanned self-service hotel. When I checked in, the tablet operation process was very unsmooth. There were so many Chinese tourists but no customer service staff could speak Chinese. I happened to meet a friendly Taiwanese tourist to help me solve the problem; I went upstairs for a while. Opening the door, I originally booked bunk beds and a large double bed on trip.com, but for some reason before check-in, it was downgraded to only a large double bed and a double tatami. With a child and a lot of luggage, the space for activities is very small. , the whole stay was very bad. I will never choose a self-catering hotel again. The bathroom and bed are quite clean. There is plenty of water in the bathroom and the shower is very comfortable. There is convenient transportation nearby and there are many restaurants to eat. It is a place where I feel happy. If it is okay for adults to travel independently, it is not recommended for traveling with children.

I was traveling with a crawling child, and choosing this room was the right choice. There was a tatami room and a low bed so I felt safe. The bathroom was separate, spacious and clean. The location is a bit of a walk from Kokusai Street. There is a convenience store nearby so there are no inconveniences. However, the check-in process is a hassle. In my case, when I confirmed my reservation, I didn't receive the auto-lock number for the entrance via email, and even when I called to open the entrance, it took 15 minutes to get through.A few other guests were also wandering around. The person at the counter was a foreigner and was very rude.(It depends on the person...)After getting your number, go inside and check in at the entrance.I entered the details on the provided iPad and called again. Why did you enter detailed information on the reservation site in advance?Other than the hectic check-in process, it's a nice hostel.

The store is very convenient, I have edited it, I have edited it, the most important room is 201. Reversal, the original is a fraudThis hotel overbooked rooms and I had booked a room with a terrace on the top floor, but was assigned room 201. They charge the highest fees and have no integrity whatsoever. I contacted customer service and they said they would take care of it, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's completely a scam.

It comes with a washer/dryer, so even if you do water sports, you can wear something clean again the next day.Very convenient as it is close to Kokusai Dori and convenience stores.

Staying with children at the end of July during summer vacationadvantage:1. There are bunk beds, children will like it very much2. Large space, convenient for packing luggage3. The room design is fashionable (similar to what I saw on Agoda)4. There is a washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent in the room.shortcoming1. The room is not clean enough, especially the floor. I originally wanted to use the vacuum cleaner inside to clean, but it couldn't pick up the granular garbage. It must be broken.2. Towels are not replaced in a timely manner.3. It is a bit far away from Kokusai Street. If you have children, you still need to consider the walking distance.4. Shared kitchens are not as convenient as imagined, so it is recommended not to be considered. The reason why no one checks in depends on the person, and it will take some time to process. But when a hotel with no service encounters problems, it is indeed more troublesome.

Thank you for being clean and comfortable. There was also a washing machine with an automatic dryer, which was helpful. The room was spacious, spacious and comfortable. I want to stay here again. The surrounding shopping streets are very attractive. I enjoyed Okinawa.
