There was no service staff at the counter. It was noisy all night upstairs and no one could handle it. There was an izakaya downstairs, which was even noisier. The equipment was old and not very clean.

Disadvantage) No parking lot. The elevator was very hot. The kitchen is useless because there are no dishes.Pros) More space than a hotel. There is a washer and dryer. There are many hangers, so it is good for drying laundry.Overall review... If the price is similar, I recommend a general hotel. Worth considering if there are more than 3 people and the price is cheaper than a hotel.

Spacious and comfortable, the whole building has an elevator. There is a hair dryer and all toiletries, a dishwasher and washing powder are provided. The kitchen has a salad spinner, a microwave, an electric pot, a refrigerator, and you can also use a simple electric stove to cook and cook food. There is a balcony to dry clothes. This is an unmanned hotel. When checking in, you will be in the self-service area on the first floor. Follow the instructions to collect the keys. There are only two small drawbacks. The double bed is really small and can only accommodate a very thin mother and an elementary school daughter. (You can use a sofa bed, which is larger). And one of the beds had no bedside table, so there was no way to put glasses or eye drops and other personal items. The bed makes noise when turning over in sleep.Another drawback is that 80% of the paid tableware are disposable tableware, and the bowls, plates, and cups are made of plastic.

The bathtub is big.Comes with a washing machine, dryer, and even laundry detergent. There is a microwave and double refrigerator. There is a big kitchen. Two single beds and a sofa. You can rent kitchenware including tableware for an additional 2,000 yen.You can go to the supermarket on the first basement floor of the department store next to it.Buy fresh food and cook for yourself.Diagonally opposite is the convenience store.Note:Just in case someone doesn’t understand the hotel owner’s English letter in the future,You can refer to the following. No one, technology management. To check in, you have to go to a place on the first floor that looks like a bank ATM room next to it. Use the hotel's tablet to take a photo of your upper body and a photo of you holding your passport. Then register an email that can receive emails,The room number and key code will be displayed on the screen. You can take a photo or copy it,At the same time, he will also send a copy to the mailbox. Then there is a small drawer cabinet next to the tablet that looks like a Chinese medicine store for storing Chinese medicine. There is a small machine with a screen in the chest of drawers.First press the screen to wake up the machine, then press the password.Your room key drawer will pop open.Close the drawer after taking it out. Then go around the restaurant on the first floor,Go back to the door on the other side(There is a garden style iron fence gate outside)There is a keyhole on the intercom.Insert the key and turn it, and the door will unlock. To get out, turn the upper door lock by hand.It will automatically lock. The password is not for transferring to a post office box. Many people misunderstand it.

Even though it was cheap, the pamphlet on how to use the hotel included a coupon for 3,000 yen per night that could be used in Okinawa! That was helpful! It comes with a washer, dryer, and detergent, which is great for people staying for a long time.

It's all good, but the sound of construction during the day and people drinking and talking in the restaurants below can be heard loudly until very late at night, and the smell of cooking comes into the room and it's bothersome. I think I need a solution.

It's close to the station, close to convenience stores and restaurants, and not far from Kokusai Dori. Moreover, it was very quiet and there were no other customers other than us. As much as I thought, I couldn't hear any sound. (However, cleaning was in progress and lights were on in other rooms.)It was noisy because of the construction work in the building next door. There is also a washer and dryer, so it's very comfortable.I wish there was a washbasin in the bath.It was spacious and comfortable even for 3 adults. I woke up first and decided to watch TV, so I put up a partition and it didn't disturb anyone who was sleeping, which was nice.
