The room is quite old and not cleaned properly!Not all the water, toilets, and baths are clean! No washlet! In particular, the sound of the kitchen drain draining back up was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all.It was the worst because I was tired from traveling.

The room type is slightly older and looks to be at least 1.20 years old.But maybe because it’s located in the suburbs, the rooms are quite spacious.The parking lot is also convenient and hassle-freeThe shopping streets next to it are also good, and it is relatively convenient to go shopping and eat. I was assigned to the 7th floor... I'm not sensitive at all.It's old and dirty, and the shower head splashes all over the place so you can't wash it... The large public bath was nice, the breakfast tasted sour and I got a little bit wet for 3 days, and it was a little disappointing because I had a chin in the tatami room because of my child.

I really enjoyed my stay here. You'll get a really good resort vibe. Yes, this hotel is very much on the older side. You'll see a lot of rust and wear and tear, but I still enjoyed my stay and had lots of fun

The room condition is like a hit or miss!I stayed for more than 4 nights twice in May and September.Cesco Beach and Churaumi Aquarium are close by!It was nice to reduce my luggage as they provided a large public bath, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, yukata (?) pajamas, and towels every day! However, the washing machine is dirty.It’s a great place to drink coffee because it’s a three-tier area!It was a really cost-effective accommodation, so I liked it the best!

(male)[Guest room (9th floor)]-The walls are thin and you can hear footsteps and voices from other rooms.-The mattress is surprisingly hard.・Dark with little lighting. It was like a love hotel.・The floor, water area, balcony, and overall feel of an old-fashioned resort hotel will leave you disappointed.【parking】・There were several small steps on the way to the hotel, making it difficult to move around with a carry-on case.

This was my first time using the hotel for consecutive nights. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet had a lot of variety, and I was happy to be able to eat Okinawa soba and ramen. Above all, the staff's service was excellent.Although it was early in the morning on the day of my check-out, they packed me a lunch box for breakfast, and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal at the airport, which I am truly grateful for. I would like to stay here again when I go to Okinawa. Thank you to all the staff.

Staff are very impolite during check-in. Staff refuse to answer questions (even with check out time) but request you to check the website on your own.
Japanese style family room are VERY OLD and the sheet smells. It is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Okinawa.

Visit in AprilIn a remodeled Japanese style roomI stayed there and was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but I was completely satisfied. However, I think it will be difficult for people who don't speak English to go here.When checking in, they speak very quickly.Are you doing this on purpose?Young people can understand it, but older people may find it difficult.A woman who didn't seem to be Japanese checked me in, but she didn't seem friendly.I stayed overnight and there was something I needed so I went to the front desk and asked for it.Mixed race that doesn't seem to be Japanese? The man made me feel very uncomfortable.I said Arigato Gomaizasu and turned around.He spoke with teasing syllables instead of correct pronunciation. Since I was with a child, I just tolerated it and moved on. I am satisfied with everything except the attitude of the front desk staff.

I stayed here for two years in a row.Considering the hotel's facilities such as a pool and large public bath, its location near tourist spots and bars, and its reasonable price, it was a good choice.There are reviews saying that the facilities are old, but I don't feel inconvenienced and I think it's reasonable considering the price. I think it's on par with resort hotels that have been open for several decades and hotels overseas.The only thing I'm concerned about is how the customers use the bathroom.Some people bathed without pouring hot water on themselves, and some walked through the changing rooms wet without wiping their bodies, leaving water droplets on the floor and causing children to slip.You enter the changing room by opening a wooden door, but many people did not close it, so even with the noren curtains, you could see everything in the changing room.I think some Japanese people do not follow bathing etiquette, but there are also many overseas guests with different cultures, so if you make them aware of how to use the public spaces, more people will be able to use the hotel comfortably. I think so.Other than that, there are no problems.The room is large enough that the whole family can sleep in a river, and there is a children's space, so it's perfect for families with children, so I like it, but it's up to the guests how to use the public spaces, so I gave it 4 stars. It's one.Although I gave it 4 stars, I would like to use it again when I go to Motobu town.I would be happy if things have improved by then.

What was disappointingThe exterior is beautiful, but you have to take the elevator to the guest room floor and walk through the outside to enter the room. It looks like it's going to be tough on a rainy day.As I walked through the building, I started to realize that it was an old building, and when I entered the room, it was filled with an old smell.Since I wasn't on a lower floor, I left the windows open to deal with the problem, but insects came in on lower floors, and the smell was hard to bear. Definitely not recommended for people with hygiene issues.The tatami mats were yellowed, and the bath and toilet seemed particularly old.The number of coin laundry machines was small considering the number of guests staying at the hotel, so we had to wait quite a while. Many people wash a large amount of laundry at once, so the clothes won't dry in one go, and many people use them continuously, so they have to wait even longer. Just doing laundry delayed my bedtime by hours.It's nice to have a public bath, but it's too far from the guest room. Also, the hot water did not come out easily, and even when it came out, it turned to water immediately, and it took a long time to get the hot water out.Good pointThere were four cold bottles of water in the refrigerator in the guest room.The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Okinawan dishes and was delicious.Free parking available (may be difficult on rainy days as it is a bit of a walk)Great view overlooking the pool and ocean.Close to Churaumi Aquarium.

It was a very nice place. Churaumi Aquarium, Motobu Genki Village, and Emerald Beach are close by, so it's convenient, and even when I went out to play, the hotel was close by, so I was able to jump right into the hotel pool and have a very fulfilling day. It was good that there were many restaurants nearby, and it was also good that there was a large public bath within the hotel. I took a bath in the morning every day and could see the blue ocean from the balcony of my room, making me the happiest every morning. This time I stayed in a room on the 9th floor for 4 nights and 5 days, but I wanted to stay longer. thank you very much.
