The people who live here smoke at the entrance, and when they cross there they start vomiting up phlegm, so I want them to stop.

A hidden gem. People around me say that I should live in an apartment, but I think it's quite reasonable and clean because you can share the plumbing, lower the rent, and have a cleaning agent. The shower room was the cleanest I've ever seen. It's difficult to clean every day if you're on your own, so this is helpful.The rooms are private and have high ceilings, similar to a studio apartment.However, the difference from an apartment is that you cannot bring in anyone other than the contract holder, but the good thing is that you can clearly draw the line.There are many long-term residents, and the individualism that is rare in Okinawa makes it a comfortable place to live.It's a bit of a problem that there's no supermarket near the seaside, but it's close to Tomarin and overlooks the port, so it's a nice and calm place.

The entire private room on the 1st floor sometimes smells of body odor (sometimes it smells like farts), and parts of the drains in the toilets and shower rooms have been removed and the traps are not working, so there is a bad smell of sewage.It seems that the top management had a desire to support the medical treatment and social reintegration of immigrants and others, but as a result, many users were in trouble, and similar problems continue to occur in the same private room, such as people who are sensitive to everyday noises and make noise. The trend is also creepy, and I don't think it's good for the environment as it feels stagnant.There's theft from the refrigerator (there's a sign saying to report it, but it ends with a bitter smile), there's police trouble due to drinking, and it's impossible to control everyone's lifestyle, so bed bugs can't be eradicated forever.Some slightly creepy things include people who are sensitive to smells and spray strong fragrances in the hallways, people who are sensitive to odors who use ventilation in the winter as if they were their own, and people who open doors immediately no matter how many times someone closes them.He has been exhibiting strange behavior, such as securing several old bicycles that have been scrapped and locking them in a row, and securing a space for about 4 bicycles to make it easier to park them, allowing other bicycles to move freely. The setting sun is so strong that I can't open the curtains.It is constantly cleaned and kept clean.Very convenient locationThere is a laundry and drying area on the roof with a nice view.Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
