I found the best hotel! ``Yukuba Maejima Hotel''The next day, I was planning to take the first high-speed boat in the morning to Zamami Island, so I was looking for a place to stay near the ferry terminal, Tomarin. The hotel here is very clean and comfortable, with one room per floor, which is too spacious for two people. There were plenty of amenities, and there was a washing machine with a dryer, which was really helpful. The bath was big and felt good😊I just took a long bath! (lol)It's a 2 minute walk from Tomarin, so you can get ready in the morning without hesitation.I was able to safely board the first high-speed boat in the morning. It's located 5 minutes by car from Matsuyama, the entertainment district, so you can feel safe and secure even if you enjoy it until late at night. This time I only stayed for one night, but next time I would like to stay at this hotel for several nights.

This hotel is a really cozy place. The staff were courteous and had great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and clean, and can accommodate a large number of people comfortably. The common spaces were also plentiful and perfect for relaxing during our stay. I would definitely like to use this hotel again next time.

Stayed here quite a while ago. It's spacious, cheap, and I'm completely satisfied! That's what I want to say.It was too bad that the water area wasn't cleaned at all. . .The back of the bath chair is full of mold. The toilets aren't particularly clean either (>_<)I'm planning to visit you again next time, so I want to take a nice bath this time. crying

First of all, I don't want to give 1 star for anything other than the room. I recently booked this hotel for 6 people. When I entered from the entrance, the lobby was pitch black and there was no one at the front desk, so I couldn't check in. I called the phone number at the front desk that said if you have any questions, please call us several times, but the number I dialed said, ``It will go to answering machine.'' It was impossible to communicate. It's strange that there's no one at the front desk and no one answers the phone. When I checked the homepage, it said that check-in was until 8:00 p.m. We weren't sure about that, but we arrived at 20:30. I wish they had called me after the check-in time since I had already paid by credit card. In fact, I don't think it would be good if the person at the front desk went home without a phone. Since there was nothing I could do, I took the elevator up to our room floor and found that the door was guarded but the key was unlocked, and when I went inside, I saw the accommodation agreement form that was originally written at check-in. was placed on the table. If you are going to use this method, I think you should tell them over the phone. It was a good thing that we happened to notice it when we went up to the floor of our room, but I think there are some people who don't notice it.After that, when I took a bath and was drying my hair with a hair dryer on the upper and lower floors, the electricity suddenly went out. I thought the breaker had tripped, but it hadn't tripped, and no matter how much trial and error I tried, I couldn't fix it. In such a state, there was no telephone connection, so I spent the night with only the emergency lights on.When I went to the hotel in the morning to tell them that something like this had happened, they treated me with a dismissive attitude and, with their hands on the table, said, ``Oh, I'm sorry, this kind of thing happens often, and it will be fixed soon.'' I did. If this is a common occurrence, I think it would be a good idea to either avoid having two hair dryers in the room, or put up a sign saying that using two hair dryers is prohibited. Also, when I couldn't get through on the phone, I was given the excuse that the person in charge didn't answer the phone. It's strange that no matter how many times you call, you don't answer the phone. Although the room was nice and clean, I ended the last day of my trip with a very unpleasant feeling due to these disappointing things. I wonder what the customer service industry is like, and this was the worst service of any hotel I've ever been to.
