The elevator was stuffy. There was a lot of dust in the room, even in conspicuous places (the TV window on the refrigerator). There was mold under the bathroom door. The cleaning mat on the double bed looked like it was the size of a single bed. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I asked customer service if the room smelled. It’s very uncomfortable and there’s dust. They only responded that I opened the windows to let the air circulate, but they didn’t answer the question about the dust.

The location is nice, but I don't recommend it for people with allergies, probably because there's a lot of dust in the room.I would like the air conditioner and room cleaning to be done properly.

I used it on a trip to Okinawa, but when I entered the room, the first thing I noticed was that the entrance had not been cleaned, and there was a lot of sand and hair. There was a vacuum cleaner all over the place, so I decided to start by vacuuming. The room looks clean, but there's dust in the corners, dust under the bed, mold on the lace of the curtains, mold in the bathroom, and the corner of the bathroom is full of mold, around the bathtub and the floor is red. It was full of mold and I couldn't take a bath because it was so disgusting that I had to buy a mold killer to get rid of the mold.Maybe because I didn't wipe the floor, every time I took a bath after walking, it turned black...We stayed for 2 nights with 6 people, and there were only 6 towels and bath towels, and if you run the dryer, it stops immediately and you can't dry it, so if you stay for 2 nights, you'll need 2 nights' worth of bath towels. I couldn't say anything because it said it was impossible to add more, but it was my first time at a hotel like this. Cleaning should be a little more thorough, and the minimum requirement for bath towels is the number of nights multiplied by the number of people. I think it would be a great hotel if they could do things other than the above. There's a dryer, a kitchen, a convenience store nearby, and a spacious room.Of all the hotels I've stayed at, it was the least clean, which was disappointing.

The environment is comfortable. The only drawback is that the rooms in Nice are too small.

We booked the Sky Suit. Sufficient room for a family of 5. Spent 14 nights here and at the end, my 10 year old would not want to leave.Cleanness 5 starsLocation 5 starsService 5 starsOkinawa local life experience 100 starsCleannessWe were greeted with a cool room and clean everything. If you look at the corners and swipe your fingers over the counter top, you will find no dust. The sheets on the beds were spotless and looks new, the closets in the rooms was well maintained with plenty of clean wooden hangers for your cloths. Not to mention the bath and bathtub.Location5 min walk to the near by sky rail station3 minutes walk to a 24 hour local supermarket6 minutes walk to two 7-11 and a local drug store managed by a super nice ownerWithin 10 minutes walk, countless 4.5 star+ restaurants to choose fromOh did I mention the local supermarket was really really inexpensive?ServiceBy SNS (Line), they are on site, I do not expect immediate service so they were good enough for me. Usually if you need something, the management will get you what you need the next day. Again, good enough for me because why? This is not a Five star resortIf I REALLY have to say one thing that’s subpar, it will be the noice isolation. For some reason the walls were light and, you don’t get much sound privacy here
