We stayed at Library for 2 nights.On the day of the deal, I still didn't receive an email with my PIN code, and when I emailed the email address on the official website, there was no response, so I contacted the address listed in the plan description section on Rakuten, and received a reply. (For reservations, use Yahoo Travel)It seems like the management company has changed multiple times, so the site doesn't seem to be keeping up with updates.It was also a shame that it was a little different from the photo (less equipment).I had high hopes for a massage chair, but the intensity was not adjustable and it was painful.Cleaning was also very difficult.There was no bath mat.Also, it was very difficult to operate the washing machine.The lights in the bathroom are so dim that I can't put on makeup.It was convenient that there was a convenience store across the street.I guess it can't be helped since I was able to make a reservation at a very low price, but as for repeat visits...hmm.

It is difficult to rate this accommodation.Once inside (indoors), you are guaranteed a comfortable space that can only be found in one room on one floor.However, in a sense, it's so difficult to get inside that it feels like an "invasion game" rather than an escape lolFirst of all, the biggest barrier is to enter through the front (elevator hall on the first floor)! You will receive a password in advance via email, but I'm not sure where to enter it first! Furthermore, when I thought about this and touched it, a number suddenly appeared, but it was so faint that I couldn't read it under the blazing afternoon sun in winter (lol).And if I didn't pass that first barrier, I wouldn't even be given the phone number to contact. The height of! !I'm sure there are some reservation customers who give up at this stage! All that's left is to experience it, but I sincerely recommend replying to the reservation confirmation email to get a contact phone number ❤️The reason is that the emergency contact number shown in the elevator was a dummy! I stayed alone for one night and two days.For me, it was a memorable day, so I wanted to relax by myself and stay in a room with a projector, so I stayed here.I was very satisfied because the room was calm and I was able to relax!However, there was a problem before check-in...Since I have my own car, I made a reservation for a parking lot as stated on the website, but I didn't know where the parking lot was on the day of the call, so when I called, I was told that there were no parking reservations available. No, I thought that I had called at the same time a week before and had them take care of me, so when I explained everything about the process on the day I made the reservation, I found that someone had already arrived earlier than me. So, he thought the parking lot was empty, so he directed him to that person... Well, that's what happens if you don't have a reservation... But from my point of view, since they have a reservation, it's cheaper than other parking lots. Because of the facts, I would like to have the car parked no matter what, but when I told the other person about my situation, they seemed very angry...I thought that was probably the case...As a result, I told him that I was tired and would park at a nearby parking lot, so I parked somewhere else. The woman who was in charge of the incident was also extremely distressed, and I think it must be extremely tiring for someone else to deal with a mistake that was not her fault.The woman was very sincere and told me that she would check with me so that I could pay the difference between the parking fee and the original parking fee.It was 5 hours later that I received a response from someone above me, so I thought it was too late, and in the end they said they couldn't respond, so I gave them a free gift, but no, your staff... Is that what you invited? Although I thought to myself, I decided to stop getting angry and went on with my day.There was no apology from the person who was said to be the manager, and the woman took care of everything, so I took this opportunity to fill out the information.If something irregular happens, wouldn't it be better to respond a little earlier or in a certain way? That's one idea.However, the room was really comfortable, so thank you very much.

The room I stayed in may have been like that, but it was dark. And the cleaning is terrible. I have a house dust allergy, and as soon as I came in, I started having stuffy nose and sneezing.It was so dark that I couldn't see right away, but when I checked, I found hair on the floor and trash from the front in the sink drain. It was clogged, there was trash falling, and there was a scary amount of dust on the window... There was a ventilation fan in the room, but it was so dusty that I was afraid to sleep on the bed because I was scared. I told the front desk and they cleaned it for me, but it's a double hassle, right? ? Shouldn't we do it thoroughly from the beginning? Hotel cleaning is basic. It was a stylish hotel, but I won't go there again.

We stayed in the ‘Library’ room for a week long staycation and were very impressed with the space. The ambiance of the room feels equally like a home, and somewhere that provides enough focus for two of us to work. It was also very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Plus, the location is convenient and is easy to access a lot of nearby restaurants. Also the room is very private since there is only one unit per floor.

Thank you for staying with me for 2 nights and 3 days.The room was spacious, like a living room and bedroom, and had new facilities and plenty of amenities, making it a comfortable stay.At a hotel, you may be hesitant to relax on the bed without taking a bath, but the sofa was L-shaped and spacious (enough for two people to lie down), so it was comfortable from beginning to end.It was within a 10 minute walk to Kokusai Street, so it was easy to walk to at night.There is no parking lot, but there are several coin parking lots nearby, so it's not a problem.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, there was trash from the person who had stayed the previous day under the back of the sofa and in the drawers, which was unpleasant.

The atmosphere is more like a workday or party room than an Okinawa resort hotel.
