Everything is highly functional, very clean, automated check-in/check-out, service available via video call in the lobby at any time and very helpful and uncomplicated. Anyone who has a car or has booked excursions will be happy here. Bus stops and Family Mart (24/7) within 3 minutes walking distance.

The room was big and very clean.It is a unique experience to use the pad at the unmanned counter to confirm check-in information and obtain the room key with the remote service staff.There are many parking lots around, and you can park at cheap parking lots. The parking fees are much cheaper than in urban areas in Taiwan.

It is very close to Namigamigu Shrine and the beach, and you can reach the tram station in 10 minutes' walk. There are many custom shops nearby, but they don't oversell customers, so it's okay. The only drawback is that there aren't many restaurants nearby.

Very cool! I will definitely stay here every time I come to Okinawa. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine and laundry detergent, and a balcony to dry clothes. Just love it very much. Like it very much.

Best cost performance.Good points: 1. New and clean. The building and rooms are clean. 2.There is a balcony. 3. Quiet. There is almost no sound outside the building. The refrigerator (Hisense) is quiet and nice. 4.The room is spacious. The toilet and bath are the same size as a normal apartment. 5.The TV is large and you can watch internet TV such as Netflix. 6. There are free umbrellas at the entrance. 7. Electric bicycles are convenient for 100 yen for 15 minutes. There are stations all over the place, including the north exit of the prefectural office and Makishi, making it convenient for getting around. I used Kokusai Dori to go to public markets and other places. One way 100 yen. 8. There is a drying function in the bath, so you can wash your clothes every day and it will be dry in the morning. 9. Laundry detergent is in a bottle. 10. Microwave oven, IH, pry pan, tableware available. 11. I used the restaurant "Shunka" three times. Extensive menu. There are various restaurants within a 10 minute walk.Improvements: 1. There are no hooks on the wall. I want hooks in the dressing room, above the washing machine, and on the left and right sides of the TV. I have no choice but to put it on the floor, such as my bag. That's all there is. 2. I pre-checked in using the address I received via email 2 days ago, but I had to use the unmanned reception desk, so I ended up talking to the hotel staff on TV, writing down the 8-digit number displayed on the screen, and entering the key box in the back. You enter 8 digits to receive an analog room key, but it is very difficult to understand.The bad points are: 1. The floor is hardwood, so you can hear footsteps from upstairs. (I wish you could take off your shoes and put on slippers). 2. Across the road is an elderly care facility, but the area across the road is a soap area. Soap on the way to and from the centerAlthough you will not pass through the area, you will pass in front of three information centers. 3.It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the Kokusai Street entrance. It is a 2-minute walk from bus stop Kaminokura, which costs 260 yen for route bus No. 5, and takes you to the bus stop on Kokusai Dori, but the number of buses is only two per hour.I was very satisfied with the overall evaluation as I was able to stay for 7 nights starting from April 7th for 35,700 yen.

The drain is super smelly. I bought a drain cleaner and washed it, but nothing has changed. I put up with it and stayed there for 10 days.There's dust under the bed and there's dust on the refrigerator, so I wonder if they haven't cleaned it properly.

No one serving the counter. The whole process is self-check-in and check-out. Easier than imagined. The room has everything you need, including a kitchen (microwave, induction cooker, pans, pots, dishes, refrigerator). bathroom. (Toiletries, bath towels, washing machine, washing powder * 1 pack, bathroom with drying function. You can reach the supermarket in 5 minutes on foot. It is also very fast to take an UBER taxi to the airport, only about 10 minutes. The most important thing is that it is very cheap. Cheaper than many hotels and B&Bs in Taiwan.

What I felt during my 7-night stay in a standard double room- Check-in is very, very inconvenient.I enjoy traveling, so I’ve been to a lot of places.This is my first time being in a place as uncomfortable as this.- The room condition was clean.The toilet, sink, and bathroom are separate.It was convenient to have a washing machine. (small detergent provided)- When using the parking lot, the maximum number of room guests can be accommodated per day.You have to pay a parking fee of ¥900.There aren't many seats, so you can use the nearby parking lot when it's full.I understand that non-guests pay, butAsking room guests to pay the same ¥900I really don't understand.Only Japanese coins and ¥1000 bills are accepted. (no card)- A small amount of water drips from the air conditioner onto the bed.- It was uncomfortable because of the noise between floors.- Accessibility is not good.Most tourist attractions except Naha Airport and Kokusai StreetIt is far away, so you need to choose your accommodation carefully.Travel distance can be reduced. (Northern recommended)- Most requests, such as room cleaning and towel replacement, are subject to a charge.- There are no chairs or tables to eat in the room.There is a sofa and a table in front of the sofa, but generallyDon't eat on the sofa.It would have been more comfortable if there had been a small table and chairs.
