There is a FamilyMart convenience store nearby and can be reached within walking distance.We stayed on the side near the driving training class, which was pretty quiet.Parking is extra! It's a good location if you want to play in Ginowan. There is a separate toilet and bath as well as a kitchen. Apartment style with a semi-double bed in the size of 1LDK. Convenience stores are also within walking distance.

I stayed there for about a week.The room was clean and had a separate toilet and bath, and it was nice to have a washing machine.However, when two men entered the reserved room, there was only one bed. It was a double bed, but it would have been difficult for two men to sleep together.It was my fault that I didn't check the details carefully and assumed that if there were two people, there would be two beds, but in the end, one of us ended up staying at a different business hotel and it was more expensive.I recommend it for couples, but you need to be careful not to end up like me.Later, during our stay, the fire alarm went off in the morning, and some of the guests evacuated outside just in case.The staff who arrived about 20 minutes later did not speak to the guests at all, and I cooperated with them to check each floor. I went around, but I didn't have anything to say.There was no report that it was a false alarm.When I stayed there, I realized that they didn't really care about making sure their guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The price/performance ratio of the room is very high in this area.Overall, the location of the room is good.Not long after driving out, there was a space for shopping.It is very close to Yomitan Village, American Village and Minato River, which is very convenient.The room is very clean. Although there are not many plugs, there is a small sofa in the room to sit on.The overall space is large and there is a balcony.Although the window faces the street, it won't be too noisy as long as the window is closed.Basically the room has everything you need, which is greatIt was a very comfortable stay.The girl who serves is very cute and kindAlthough I am a foreigner, he tried his best to explain to me what to doAwesome!The parking space is relatively small, but it should be no problem for experienced drivers (so confident XDI will come back and stay here next time if I have a chance:)

There is a small sofa and table, which is clean and tidy. The toilet and bathroom are separated into two rooms. The washing machine is covered by a wooden door, and the dryer is free. The bed was comfortable, but my pillow was hard after being stirred and wrung out... The building has no obvious name. Highly recommended!Highly recommended if you are staying on the main island of Okinawa for more than a month.I did quite a bit of researchPrice, location, room (1DK separate bathroom and toilet), room and common areas are clean.There may not be a monthly hotel that has this many options.There may be places where the equipment is old and cheap. The staff are also very kind.Monthly expenses including rent, utilities, and parking (1 car free) are around 80,000 yen.Prices in Okinawa are not that different from Tokyo.I think it's good to have a room of about 8 tatami mats, a kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet.It seems like you can stay for a short period of time, from one day to a week.All parking lots are level.There is a gas dryer in the common space, so it's free.It has everything you need for life.If you want to lower the price furtherI think it would be better to rent an apartment or condominium.However, we recommend it if you have all the furniture and things you need for daily life, have a parking lot, which is essential in Okinawa, and don't have to sign a complicated contract!

The room is new and clean. There is a drying room in the bathroom, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, and a kitchen that is clean and comfortable. You can also walk to a convenience store. Close to Parco, close to supermarkets, easy to move between Naha and Ginowan. The wifi was free and I liked it so much that I stayed an extra night. There is only minimal interaction with the front, so there is no waste. Password type so you don't have to worry about losing the key. It was the best!

This time, there was a power outage due to the typhoon, so I made a reservation in advance. Since we have recovered from the disaster, I asked if it was possible to cancel, but it was not possible. +Cancellation fee is usually charged. That's what I was told. At a time like this, I thought it would be possible to be flexible and waive cancellation fees.I thought it would be better to incur an additional cancellation fee, so I took my child to our accommodation even though the weather was still bad.It cost 1,000 yen to park at the place I was staying.Moreover, I chose a double room with a sofa for the most important room, but it turned out to be a different room.The bathroom also has a fixed hot water setting.It was confusing.For some reason, when I turned the temperature control lever in the bathroom to cold, the shower stopped. So I could only use the shower on the hot setting.Why did I feel like this?I inquired, but the current situation was not confirmed.All I had to do was move rooms.In the end, I couldn't accept it and couldn't spend my time there, so I left the hotel at night.I didn't stop by the front desk when I was leaving, but since I hadn't been there for an hour, I would have liked a refund for the parking space.Afterwards, there was a lot of hair in the toilet and it was very dirty.I booked an accommodation during this difficult time.I felt uncomfortable as I was not given any consideration.

Free washer and dryer. I stayed for two days and it was very comfortable.The bed was comfortable and both the bathroom and toilet were clean and in good condition. There is a lot of traffic on the road right in front, but it is very quiet when the door is closed. The air conditioner is also good.

I stayed there for a month.Convenience store and bus stop are nearby.I think the room is very clean and you will be satisfied.However, the smell bothered me for about the first week.There was a strange smell coming from the washing machine and the kitchen sink, which I didn't like.Regarding tableware, the frying pan had a peculiar smell and was stinky.That's why I didn't use tableware.As for the parking lot, it's very narrow, and there aren't many places to park a regular car. Almost exclusively for light vehicles. The distance between them and their neighbors is also narrow.The worst thing about staying there for a month was how loud it was, depending on the room you stayed in!Cars and motorcycles are too noisy!It was so noisy that I thought the window was wide open.When I opened the balcony, there was a main road and a bridge in front of me, and it was very noisy because it was close to the road and at the same height.I saw in a review that the sound was a little bothersome, but it's not that bad!If you stay overnight, we recommend a room on the driving school side.

My room faced the main road and was right in front of the road, so I was a little concerned about the noise of motorbikes at night.Also, the refrigerator was so loud that it woke me up in the middle of the night. ←This was resolved by shifting the position of the refrigerator.I was very grateful that the guests were able to use the dryer freely.I stayed during the year-end and New Year holidays, and on New Year's Eve, Okinawa soba cup noodles were left with a letter.There was no key to the room (you had to enter a number), and check-in was done by a machine, so I didn't meet the staff even once, so I felt a little lonely, but that can't be helped during the coronavirus pandemic, and the warm hospitality of Okinawa Soba made me feel a little lonely. It is a great B&B. It has a washing machine and a small kitchen. It also provides washing powder and simple tableware (some B&Bs do not provide them). The price is reasonable and the CP value is high. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!
