I have been traveling in Japan for over two decades. Okinawa has been a really lovely place to visit. But this time something happened that I wish to make a record for myself. This is not the first time my family stayed at this hotel, which I consider as a nice one all the time.First of all, the hotel room is very clean, location is good that is close to the car rental centre. Basic facilities like carpark is adequate. There is a big mall with restaurants nearby. However, things not always go smooth. My family was caught in a minor traffic accident the other day near the hotel, luckily no one injured. As I was using an internet phone, I couldn't make local calls so I had to drive back to the hotel hoping they would make the call for me and get someone from the car rental I could communicate with.It was quite a hassle to me as I only speak limited Japanese. I approached a male receptionist on 2/F, explaining my hardship, he was rather indifferent, seemingly dialing the phone and told me no one answered and swept me away, without attending to my need at all despite my further request.I could only approach another lady, a female staff, and interestingly she was very helpful and could reach the responsible staff of the 7/24 car centre right away. She has been really helpful and professional in listening and assisting. Finally my need was resolved and had every procedure followed up. I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation to the female staff.I hope it's only misunderstanding, although attending to a patron who's is urgent need is rather common sense. Anyway it'll still be my choice next time I visit Okinawa.

I used it on a family trip. The children did origami and read picture books in the lounge space next to the front desk, and check-in and check-out went smoothly! The room was clean and just right. There is a large public bath, so I finished there. The breakfast was much more substantial than a business hotel, and the children were satisfied. There is also a large shopping mall nearby, which was convenient!I would like to use it again.

highly recommended hotel to stay in okinawa. location is convenient. nearby has shopping mall, supermarket, dfs, car rental, cinema. even bus stop goes to many tourist attraction like aquarium, zoo and aeon pokemon center. not far from tomari port to go different islands like zamami. being 3 stops away from kokusai street, you will have space when going back to airport. and area is not noisy. also has breakfast and public bath. bathrobes provided. i stayed here for 8 days comfortably

The location is right next to the main store, so you won't have any trouble shopping until night. The morning buffet was better than expectedThere are various Okinawan dishes, and I was happy to find even Duru-ten ♡ The taste was delicious ♪Desserts are also must-haves such as Blue Seal, Satar Under Ghee, and coffee mousse instead of coffee jelly? It was delicious✨The service was average, but the person in charge of the morning buffet was especially kind. I was very satisfied 😊The room was normal, but there was no mineral water, which was a bit of a problem. The hot water was a great way to take a breather. There were two dryers

Accommodation on the third and fourth days of Okinawa tripThe room location is very good and the breakfast has many stylesYou can take a bath on the top floor (my 12-year-old son’s first hot spring experience)The room is a bit small for four people (but not bad for the city center)The toilet and bathroom together are inconvenient⋯

It is close to Utamachi Station, dfs, Susu Garden Utamachi store, and department stores are nearby. It is a very convenient location. It's a pity that when we checked in a few days ago, we smelled a strong musty smell as soon as we entered the room. We tried to turn on the air conditioner to the highest level and ate outside first to see if it would improve the smell in the room. Some, but the smell seemed to be coming from the air conditioner, and the smell was still very strong and pungent. You can only ask the front desk staff if there is room change. I really appreciate the two older male hotel counter staff that night who worked hard to communicate with us in English and helped us change rooms. It's a pity that I changed to a larger room and there is still a slight smell. Thank you so much!

Although I was staying alone, I was able to use the double room for single use. However, the room was not very spacious so I had to spread out my travel bag on the bed.The bath and toilet are also not spacious enough. However, although I didn't go inside, there seems to be a large public bath. Most of the amenities were in the room. The location is in a quiet area, so walking to Kokusai Dori might be a bit of a pain, but if you don't mind being along Kokusai Dori, it's a new city center, so it's clean, and there's a big supermarket right in front of it, so I don't think it's an inconvenience. Masu. Also, something worth mentioning is the amazing breakfast! There are many hotels that offer a wide variety of dishes, but the taste is also guaranteed! This alone was enough to satisfy me!The restaurant staff are also pleasant and kind. Also, because of the location, I felt that there were fewer groups of noisy children. Also, the number of hotels I want to use has increased!

The room was a single, so it wasn't very spacious, but there was a large public bath, so I was able to relax.Breakfast is also very satisfying with a wide selection of Okinawan dishes. We also have sweets and ice cream, so kids will love it too!
