I came to the hotel early today. There was no one at the counter when I arrived. I wanted to store my luggage. It indicated that the opening time was 10:00. We waited until 10:22 and there was no one at the counter. I don’t know how to contact you. I already had an unpleasant experience before I even checked in. There is still no front desk staff working.

Our experience was great! The room was nicely finished and what I loved was that there was a washing machine to do laundry! I was able to wash my clothes easily, but I think one improvement would be to add laundry detergent to every room. Thank you Randall Hotel Namba Osaka Sweets!!

Room ok. The hairdryer didn't work. The receptionist did not speak English. A little aseptic and with fewer services than other hotels we have stayed in

The location is very good, close to the station.The room is spacious and relaxing.After checking out, I noticed that I didn't have my cell phone, so when I contacted the hotel, the foreign woman at the front desk answered my questions in Japanese, and I was impressed.Thank you very much😭I'll be hanging out with the kids again.

The location is excellent. Just one minute walk from Metro station. There is no reception from 10 pm to 10 am. All is self serve check in . The room is so dark not enough lighting.There is no USB plug charger and even one power plug is broken. The sofa is broken too.2 stars level motel type

I ordered an anniversary plan for a stay of 2 nights and 3 days, but as you can see in the photo, half of the balloons were missing, and the gold balloon with my name was missing.impossibleI informed the hotel staff and they said they would refund my money, but I have not asked for a refund.I wanted to wish her a surprise birthday and when she went to her room, she would be happy with a happy birthday ○○ (name) balloon, but both my partner and I were disappointed.It is very disappointing

I don't know why the reviews are so high, and a mysterious tax is charged at check-in.The smell of air fresheners or aromatherapy at the entrance is really strong.Even though I checked in late, I had to go all the way to the front desk because there was no telephone in the room to connect to the front desk.When I was checking out, I realized that I had left something in the room, and when I told the staff, they told me I could just go back and get it, and they said they would let me in, but when I went, I still couldn't get it in.I went back to the front desk and went to my room again with the staff. That's why I checked it first.At that time, it was difficult to return to the room with large luggage, so I asked the front desk staff to watch over my luggage while I went to retrieve something I had left behind in the guest room. My luggage was missing, and the front staff was also panicking. I haven't seen anything. (In the end, my family carried my luggage to the car.)I don't understand why the staff are there. I'm sorry, but there was no apology.The only good thing was that the room was spacious.
