You can't complain about the price quality. Unfortunately, check-in is a total hassle and I was lucky that I had mobile internet, otherwise you're stuck and it's better not to book the hotel.

The bath water is not stable enough, the sound insulation is a bit poor, some kitchen equipment is insufficient, and the parking space is a bit difficult to park.

There is no way to adjust the direction of the air conditioner, and the sound insulation seems not very good and there is constant noise. The hot water in the shower was hot and cold. The parking space downstairs is quite sufficient, and the parking fee of 1,000 yen per night is acceptable. There are many places to eat nearby, I recommend Hama Sushi! Let’s go to Lawson and McDonald’s for breakfast. After entering the hotel, you need to use the password to register after self-service registration. When you go upstairs, you can use the password lock to unlock the door key.But when I went out the next day, the door was locked and I couldn't go back in. It was a bit troublesome. Fortunately, I returned the key smoothly. It is recommended to stay in the VIP room on the top floor.

I felt like I came to the bachelor suite. Everything was small, but just right. There were induction cookers, microwaves, refrigerators, and washing machines. Tableware could be rented. The bathroom and toilet were separated. I felt like I was experiencing a Japanese apartment. Although no one was there to accommodate me, The landlord sent the password at three o'clock, which was very reassuring. Parking is at your own expense. There is an elevator. It's about a 10-minute walk from the American Village. I'm very satisfied.

This has got to be one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. A prision cell has more amenities. No plates, no cutlery, no cups, no pots and pans. Absolutely nothing. Not even side tables. Oh but you can rent them for 1000 yen per day! What a joke honestly. Whoever reads this, please do yourself a favour and save yourself from the cash grab of an "managed apartment". Owned by people who could not care less about anything but money. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID.

The price is low and the location is not bad. However, all necessary items such as tableware are charged.Parking is also paid, starting from a minimum of 5,000 yen. There's not a single cup in the room, and there's not even a table.Tableware sets cost 500 to 1000 yen per day, and are billed per day, not during your stay. The parking fee was 5000 yen for 4 nights, so I was charged at least 1000 yen per day.Considering the additional charges later, I think it's definitely better to stay at a regular hotel, even if it's a little more expensive.

Even though I didn't smoke in the room, I was charged 10,000 yen for checking that I was smoking.

Check-in is sent and received via email. Seems like only English and Japanese are available! …
