The rooms are clean and comfortable, but transportation access is not very good. From Shin-Osaka, from the station where you changed trains three times and got off.It's hard to walk for 10 minutes

It's a short walk from the station, so it's easy to get to. The staff was also courteous.

Chinese food is delicious and the staff is friendly.

Recommended for its cost-effectiveness. There is a convenience store and a bar right in front.

Amazing room and service

terrible. It's better to stop. Not recommended.Most of the staff are foreigners, so you may find it a little difficult to communicate in Japanese. As far as I know, there is only one female Japanese staff member. (There may be others.)When I stayed here for consecutive nights last year, the location was a little bad, but the room was spacious and the twin beds were comfortable, so I decided to stay here again this year.The first day was comfortable. However, there was a problem when I returned home on the second night. I was surprised by what I saw when I returned to my room. Beds have not been made, trash has not been collected, baths and toilets have not been cleaned. That was the situation. (For reference, it's dirty, but please see the photo) It's impossible, so when I told the front desk that it hadn't been cleaned, they said, ``Did you tell them if you wanted it cleaned when you handed over your keys?'' ' said the foreign staff. When I left the hotel in the morning, the reception staff was on a tour of the hotel, so I connected them to the phone on the reception desk and asked them about the key, but I was told they didn't understand or that I was checking out. I was asked. When I told them that I wanted to leave the key again, they asked me to put it in the check-out box, so I put it in and headed out. Nothing was mentioned about cleaning, and nothing was mentioned at check-in. First of all, when I stayed there last year, it was cleaned properly. Since it was late at night, I was told that there was no cleaning staff, so if I had to make the beds myself, I would be happy to make the beds myself, but I declined because it was too late.I was disappointed that the cleaning service fee was included in the money we were paying, but the room was left in such a dirty state. Mysteriously, only the slippers were left neatly, and even though it was clear that he had entered the room, what did he mean by not even throwing out the trash? As mentioned in other people's reviews, it is unclear whether they are cleaning the room properly on a regular basis.It is up to the hotel to hire foreign staff, but I would like them to at least hire someone who can speak Japanese and understand Japanese common sense. This time, all the staff I dealt with were foreigners, so I didn't get a good impression. I will never use it again. I don't necessarily want money, but I think it would have been nice to have some sort of refund option. I want the employees here to take this matter seriously.
