Near Sakuranomiya and Kyobashi stations, the hôtel was more than okay for the location. In addition, the room is big enough for two as we stayed for almost a week. It can feel small if you stay in for too long but that is usually not the case when you visit Osaka.Just note that the wall are paper fine so don't hope to get lots of privacy.

I made a reservation for 4 adults and 2 children. It only had 3 double beds.

Very tight space. The photos give an impression of something much larger. A bit smelly, did not give an impression of top cleanliness. OK for one night stay but would not like to spend more time there. About 500m from the nearest stations so if you have a heavy luggage, look elsewhere. Also, the entrance is hard to find, look for a small plate on the side of the doors!

Comfortable bed. Bed was big enough for two people. I liked that it had a kitchen area. Spacious bedroom. Lots of outlets.. Bathroom was extremely tiny - it was literally the toilet and then the shower right next to it. Your knees touched the door when you use the toilet. For some reason the sink was in the shower. If you were a bigger person, this would 100% not be the hotel for you because of the lack of bathroom space. Bathroom faucets didn’t turn very well so you would need to use a towel to turn off the faucets while you were showering. Mattress had mysterious stains. Also the bedsheet kept coming off. Door was difficult to lock. The lock used to hold your key was difficult to lock as well. Walls were thin - people were coming and going from the building and there was also an orange cat meowing angrily and loudly every morning (personally I didn’t mind the cat but I’m sure some may have issues). There was no elevator!!! I wish management was more transparent about the lack of elevators. Do not stay if you have big luggages as we had to learn this the hard way.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It's stinky. The towels stink and the room is dirty. Terrible!

The hotel has 5 floors and no elevator. After endlessly climbing the narrow stairs, where did you end up? This is the room that makes me think. There was water stains in the shower room, the curtains came off, the curtain rails were warped, and the washer and dryer were not installed even though they were said to be installed. The refrigerator is limited to two 500ml beer cans. However, since you can secure the size of the bed, I think it's a good choice if you choose only based on the price.
