First of all, the photo and the room are too different.It took about 20 minutes for the shower to have hot water. The bathroom was a glass-walled room, but there were many handprints and fingerprints on the glass, so I felt like it wasn't kept well-cleaned. . . Even though I ordered rice at a specified time before taking a bath, it still didn't arrive at the specified time, so I called the front desk, but the phone line was seriously unreachable. A few minutes later, the room chime rang and a staff member came. When I told them that I hadn't received what I ordered, they came to my room another 15 minutes later and said, ``The item you ordered is currently out of stock. Please order something else.'' So I ordered something else. Did. However, that was also out of stock (lol). When I asked what they had, I was told that they had a free menu, but the two items I ordered earlier were both on the free menu. It was getting late so I decided to give up on eating and go to bed. About an hour after I fell asleep, I woke up because the voices from the next room were so loud! ! !On this day, I checked in at a flat rate for all ranks only after 10pm on Friday night, but when I checked out the next morning, I was offered a rate that was about 2000 yen higher than the displayed price. I couldn't get through to the front desk, and even when I called the staff, they never came.

I used room 312.The water pressure in the shower was so weak that I couldn't use it at all.It was written that all rooms were equipped with lotion mats in the bathrooms, but they weren't.I have an SM chair and it's interesting, but I haven't used it so I don't know how it feels. There was also a restraint on the bed, but I didn't use it either, so I don't know.I think it's good for people who want to play SM, but I don't think there's much to recommend it for anyone else.Especially the bathroom is dirty and the shower is too weak, which is a big negative.

It was my first time visiting the store.I've been to hotels around here and other hotels in this area, but this one is by far the worst.The room is also clean. The service is also excellent.However, the staff's response is truly incredible.When we passed each other in the hallway, I said excuse me and didn't walk past, and the staff member was holding a sheet, but it hit me firmly.I don't want to act bossy just because I'm a customer, but please at least educate me.After-sales support over the phone.Too unfriendly.“○○○? ”Are you teaching me that this is honorific language?I will never go there again.The Arabian Hotel next door or Luna is by far the best choice.I don't want to give even one star.

There were ants in the checkout area, which was the worst, and there was a lot of someone's hair under the sheets, which made me feel uncomfortable. It looks good, but I wish they would pay more attention to hygiene! ️
