This is my first time in such a bad hotel. This is a long post, but I hope it reaches everyone who is thinking of staying at this hotel.First, when I checked in, a female staff member mistook my name and the male staff next to her laughed at me as if I was making fun of her. There was no apology. From then on, I felt terrible, but when I was shown to the room, took the key, and tried to enter the room, I found that the lock was difficult to open and was so old that I couldn't get in easily. I feel stressed because it doesn't open all at once. When I entered the room, I noticed a musty smell and there were many black mold-like spots on the ceiling. The air was also bad. The proof is dimly lit and orange. There are only power outlets under the bed. So I charge it with an extension cord. Of course, there is no outlet next to the bed. Therefore, if you are a woman, it is very inconvenient when using a hair iron. The mirror is also only in the bathroom. TV channels are also limited. The windows are cracking, and the air conditioner is attached to the wall, so you can't adjust the temperature and it's not very effective. The hair dryer is attached to the side of the toilet and cannot be removed, so it is an old type, so you have to keep pressing the button and the airflow is quite weak. I haven't had a single good thing since before I stayed there, and I couldn't stand the musty smell, so I went to the front desk to ask for a refund, and they said, ``For that reason, they won't give me a refund, but I can move rooms, but they don't have Japanese-style rooms.'' It's larger than a Western-style room, and we often use it for breaks, so it's nice.'' Is there someone to guide customers to the rest room? I was very irritated. When I said no, I was moved to a Western-style room and moved to another room, but nothing changed... Thanks to this, both my roommate and I can't stop coughing, probably because we inhaled the mold while staying at this hotel. This is the first time I have encountered such bad hotel facilities and staff. Therefore, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

Overall, it's an older hotel...The lobby is on the 7th floor, the guest rooms are on the 8th floor, and when you get down to the 1st floor, the station is next to it.The station building is also next door, so you can eat and shop, so it's very convenient. There is also an affiliated paid parking lot. There is a 7-Eleven nearby.

We’re still at the hotel. We’re only here for a weekend. The location is very nice and it’s close to the river and Osaka Castle. We asked a favor to get us a taxi and they told us that nothing is available. I heard all the conversations in Japanese which I can comprehend. The manager only call one company and the gal who can speak English told us that we should walk to the Main Street to get one! What a bad service indeed! I wouldn’t recommend the hotel at all. I’ve been coming to this country since the 80’s and we got a not so nice front desk!

Regularly used for management gatherings. On this day, we held a study session with over 200 people and a breakfast meeting with 130 people. It can accommodate this number of people and can be accessed from the station without an umbrella. With easy access to the Keihan Railway and the subway, it is very convenient for various gatherings such as meetings and study sessions. This venue is recommended for organizers looking for a venue for events ranging from a few dozen people to over 200 people. ----- We regularly use this venue for gatherings of business owners. My family and I stayed in a 3-bed room. Although the building is old, the room was spacious and the night view was beautiful as it was along the river. The carrying case can be opened up spaciously, and it was enough for just sleeping. I was grateful that it was directly connected to the station, so I could go straight to the mall, and there was a spacious parking lot nearby. The new room is nice, but it's a bit cramped, so it would have been nice to have a high ceiling and a spacious room. I didn't have a body towel, but you can buy one for 100 yen.It was a cheap room that was enough for a family just looking for a place to sleep. I will use it again!

2024/9・Use one grade higher than the lowest・Anyway, being near the station is attractive.・The room is also decent. The facility is old, but I get the impression that some of the contents, such as the bathroom, have been replaced to some extent.・As others have pointed out, the dryer is a cheap wall-mounted one, so it is weak.・Water is already in the pot, but this is a service where the hotel takes the trouble to fill it up (confirmed with the hotel).I'm really curious if the person who said it was left unattended has checked with the hotel.(If it's from a previous user, we don't know what's inside, so we don't think it would be left unattended. If it's a privately run place that clearly hasn't been cleaned or is cheap, we wouldn't know. However, it takes a lot of time and effort. (I think it's usually empty to prevent cleaning leaks.)・Amenity service was provided, but there was no lotion or emulsion, so if you need it, please bring it with you.
