Affordable hostel with a range of amenities and solid facilities. Only the temperature in the bed area was too high for me and I sweated while sleeping.

It was comfortable and I was able to sleep peacefully at night. There were free drinks and chocolates, and the security was perfect, so I thought I'd stay here again, until a few minutes before check-out.Since I had a late plan, the check-out time was 11 a.m., but the staff mistakenly thought it was 10 a.m. and said, "Check-out is 10 a.m., when do you want to check out?" Everyone has some misunderstandings, so if that's the case, there's nothing to worry about, but here's what's unfortunate.I called out to him as he was walking with a water bottle and other items (not sure what was recovered) that fit my luggage zone. I got the water back on the spot, but I was worried about what had been collected later, so when I asked her what had been collected, she said, "They only collected garbage." No, they were actually collecting water, and it may have been just garbage, but I don't trust it at all. In the first place, I didn't even get a word of apologies for the wrong check-out time, so I wonder why they responded so aggressively. I was so strong that I couldn't say anything back, it's pathetic.Overall, the service was good and I was able to sleep peacefully at night, so I was satisfied, but I was left feeling hazy.

Many of the users were from overseas.The capsules are divided into floors, and you can enter and exit with a card key.We highly recommend this hotel for its abundance of amenities and complimentary breakfast service.Other than not having a private room, you can stay empty-handed with the same amenities and services as a regular hotel.

I'll give it a rating of 1. I made a reservation based on reviews on other sites, but it was the worst.The information at the reception desk, a young girl, did not provide detailed explanations, and I was not aware of the late check-out plan that I had booked, and I almost had to pay for my accommodation. I had already paid online.I regret that I should have gone to a hotel if I had to pay 6,000 yen per night for one person.If you have a private room, I would like you to explain the bedtime to the guests. It was so loud from midnight to 2:30 a.m. with all the luggage rattling and chatting that I couldn't sleep. The alarm is also the worst. It started ringing at 5:30 and didn't wake me up and wouldn't stop, and when I thought it had stopped after 10 minutes, it started ringing again and wouldn't stop.I wanted to tell the front desk, but I couldn't because it wasn't their business hours.When checking in, you should clearly explain the usage hours and usage methods.I was also looking forward to the miracle shower.It was a normal shower head.The worst thing is that the contents of the plan are different from what is written.I will never stay there again.

First, I will be positive. The toilets, bathroom, and breakfast are well taken care of. In the evening, you can also snack for free at the reception. The location is also well situated.Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. The girl (blond hair) at the reception is very unfriendly. Instead of welcoming me, she said "what" when I arrived. She checked me in with a bad attitude. I stayed here for 5 nights, and each time she was unfriendly or unhelpful. If you can't do a hospitable job, then don't do it. An older woman, on the other hand, was kind and helpful.The capsule was not really clean. My pillow had long hairs all over it. I swapped it with an empty capsule because I knew the grumpy girl wouldn't help me. There were also candy wrappers under the bed and some sort of snot stains on the walls. Reception also told me they would clean the bedsheets and towel everyday. They haven’t cleaned them once.For one night, this stay is fine, but for multiple nights, I would definitely look for another place. It's a shame I had to stay here for the last days of my trip.

It's cheap, clean, and I'm very satisfied. I got the impression that there were a lot of customers from overseas, but I was able to have a good rest without being particularly noisy.

I went in the summer, but it was so hot inside the capsule that I had a hard time sleeping. Also, the smell was a bit unique, like an air freshener, and I didn't really like it. Free drink service ends early in the evening.

Even though I'm a man, I mistakenly booked a women-only plan and was informed that I couldn't stay. It's my fault, and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, but I wish you'd at least contacted me the day before, instead of just before I was due to stay.
