Four stars must be in another country because in Japan it may not be. I don't understand how it has positive reviews on booking. We haven't even gotten to stay. The photos must be retouched because the lighting has what I look like as a blonde... nothing. We asked for a standard double room and when we arrived there was a strong musty smell in the bathroom, so we asked to change rooms and the guy initially said that you don't have any rooms and there wasn't even a clue in the hotel. Then we tell him that if he doesn't change us we'll leave and then magically he stops in rooms. We say yes, that the change seems fine to us but that being half the size the price would be lower but no... He tells us that he charges us the same for half of what was agreed because all the rooms are worth the same but the guy doesn't. He gives us a superior for the inconvenience, but on top of that he hesitates... I think he saw us looking like fools and that due to the time it was we were going to settle but this guy doesn't know us... he goes everywhere with money...The best thing of all is that he wanted to deceive us by saying that the reservation is canceled and he will return the money to us but it is a lie and with a little call to booking it will be solved. You tried to scam us for 50 euros...50 e is nothing but just because of the way he acted, I leave you the review so that the next ones who want to stay can be warned. You have wanted to be smart and before you go we have gone and come back..I do not recommend this hotel at all, terrible treatment, dirty and unpleasant accommodation and as a definition of lighting, Count Dracula's house has more light than here…

The toilet and shower room (with bathtub) are separate. It's great value for money.

Situated in a love hotel district. This does not mean there's hookers hanging around. In Japan the entire thing is a lot more subtle and reserved and it will not impact on your stay at all. But be prepared for the street outside to be littered with the girl's driver's cars with engines idly pretty much all day and night. Again it's Japan so it's all super non threatening. It's just a curiosity to see!Hotel is okay. Some days they did breakfast, some days this didn't. We couldn't figure out the pattern and unfortunately the staff's English was limited (my fault as I can't speak a word of Japanese!) So we couldn't ask. They were, however, super polite. As others have said rooms are tiny, by Western standards, there's no desk or chair etc. Literally a bed and a small space to edge around one side of it.

I've stayed here several times, and I really like the fact that it's reasonably priced, the rooms are clean, and above all, 1) the bath and toilet are separate, and 2) you can watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV.I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The location is in a love hotel district and is often used for entertainment (day use). I run into a woman in a sailor suit and feel awkward. The customer service of the staff is so-so. I wear clothes sold at Uniqlo as my uniform. The room is small with a bed and there is noticeable dust. The only special feature is that the wash basin is independent and separate. The cost performance is poor and not worth the price.
