Great location! Namba Station, Shinsaibashi, and Nipponbashi are all close by, so it was easy to move anywhere, and there were so many good restaurants nearby that I was disappointed that my stomach was small.The room we booked was a tatami room, so it was great for staying with children. In particular, the bedrooms in Japanese accommodations are narrow, but this one is spacious, so even with 3 suitcases and bedding for 4 people, there was still plenty of space.It was nice to have a table where you could eat.Towels were changed every day and the trash can was emptied every day.Because it was in an entertainment district, I didn't take the kids out too late at night.

There is mold at the connection between the bathtub and the wall, and the panel under the sink has fallen off.However, the sound insulation effect on the left and right sides of the room is quite good ~ you can't hear the noise outside at nightThere is no room cleaning service. You need to take the trash can outside the door at night. 👍Good point1. Location-wise, it’s really close to Don Quijote (back entrance), so it’s perfect for shopping.2. You can leave your luggage after check-out, so it’s convenient until the end.3. Basic amenities available4. There is a restroom in the lobby on the first floor, so it's good to go in when you're in a hurry.👎Disappointing point1. There was a lot of dust in the corners, floors, and window handles of the room, so my companion suffered from a dust allergy, but it would be okay if you are not sensitive.2. Towels and trash must be left outside the door every morning, and towels are hung on the door handle (I feel like it is not enough, I don't know if they will provide it if you ask for more).3. Staff stationed at the counter are not often seen (they come right away when called).4. Although it was a twin room, it was inconvenient because there was no small desk in the middle to eat take-out food (we ate it on a small movable chair).

How can a room be that dirty? I don't expect too much from the 3-star hotel, but I think it should be at least clean. Dust, dirt and someone's hair everywhere in the room, like no one cleaned it before.I asked lady on the desk to clean my bathroom one more time. Thanks to her it became cleaner.Overall, location is good, but if you care about cleaning you better choose other options.
