It's a relatively recently built hotel, so the building's condition is good. The location is good because it's right in front of the subway station exit, but it's about the second floor and right next to the JR line, so it's not good for sensitive people. Family Mart also has a connecting door right from the lobby, so you can go in, and the airport line is also a short walk away. You can take it if you go, and there is a tram station. There is no body sponge, only shampoo and body wash, and they give you a toothbrush and razor. If you set the shower water pressure to the highest, it will come out, so you have to turn it up moderately.

The location was close to the station, but I could hear the sounds of the trains until quite late.I was surprised that the room was not cleaned every day. I'm excited right now. There was a Family Mart directly from the hotel, and there was a Donki just a 5-minute walk away, so it was very convenient.

Due to the recent inbound tourism situation, accommodation fees have increased. Family Mart is directly connected to the front desk on the first floor, and when you exit the hotel, you'll be right in front of the Dobutsuen-mae Station stairs, which is convenient. However, many people at the front desk are unfriendly. They also refuse to handle delivery services. The customer base is also bad for some reason. It's nice that you can use the coffee service in the lobby and 3 laptops for free. However, I am concerned that the virus vaccine has expired.

I stayed here for a few nights when I went to USJ last month. The other reviews I’ve seen seem to be pretty accurate as far as this hotel goes. It was very comfortable and clean. Its location was a double-edged sword, though: it’s extremely close to a train station and a subway station, so you can easily get around Osaka even in bad weather — but you can hear from the rooms every train arriving and departing, hence why they supply earplugs to guests.

The price was low, the room was average, the location was convenient, 1 second walk from the subway exit, and the front desk was polite. So I gave it a total of 5 stars.I would definitely like to use this hotel next time I go to Osaka, or even make it my first choice hotel. The performance for the price is really great.I had heard that the JR station was nearby, so there was some noise, so I asked for a room with less train noise, and they gave me a room on the 9th floor facing the road.I could hear some train noise, but it didn't disturb my sleep or reading, and on the contrary, it was loud enough to make office workers sleepy. The windows were double-paned, probably to prevent noise from the trains, so the air conditioner worked very well and it was very comfortable.Close to JR and Nankai Shin-Imamiya Station, Osaka Metro Dobutsuen-mae Station1 second walk from Exit 3.Osaka Metro has Midosuji and Sakaisuji lines, and Namba is 2 stations away. You can also get there on the Midosuji Line from Umeda Station (Osaka Station) and Shin-Osaka Station. The location, right in front of the station exit, makes it the perfect base for your trip. There is a donki restaurant across the JR tracks, so it was easy to buy drinks.

One person and one person can board the computer (it seems to be 22 inches). The single room does not seem big, but there are no extra room decorations, so it does not feel narrow, and it is large enough to open the luggage and move around the room without putting it away. There are computers available in the shared space, and there are coin-operated laundry and drying facilities in the back. The family mart is right next to it, which is very convenient. There are many tourists in Shinseki nearby because there are many places to buy food and entertainment.

The room is small and the TV is small, but you can go out at night and it would have cost 1,000 yen even if you extended it for 2 hours, so you can just sleep, but it's close to the main road and the railway, so depending on the time of day it might be a little noisy. It's a little far away, so it might be a little difficult to use during times when there is no transportation available.
